You have to pick and choose when you go to this sonic. Literally waited dang near 10 minutes for 2 sonic blasts because everyone was standing around. Once received, the candy’s/treats in the ice cream weren’t even blended into it. So you get a sprinkle of cookie and the rest is vanilla ice cream. If that’s what I wanted, that’s what I would have ordered.

Went and got a kids meal chicken tenders and a grilled cheese/sweet tea. Got home and realized they didn’t even give my kid his tenders so gave him my grilled cheese for the drive back (only 2 exits up thank God) Super hot and super frustrating but the manager didn’t have an attitude even though I was visibly annoyed (more so with myself for not thoroughly checking at the drive thru but that’s my fault). Got home with a fresh kids meal everything looked fine until I tore his tenders in half and they were over cooked and one even had a dark black chunk of meat. Needless to say I was happy he ate my sandwich and not those nasty tenders. I do appreciate the manager getting us a re order out but just hate the quality of the food I actually ordered for my kid was all bad. And don’t try calling them with an issue because it just goes to voicemail go figure.

The service here is atrocious, it is way below bad! The employees are constantly trying to shortchange you, if you don’t count your change at the window you’ll end up a few dollars short! The employees could care less about Sonic’s image or reputation and are running this place into the ground!

i tried to order on the app that way i don’t miss any items or customizations as i like. i also thought it would be faster as i wanted something quick so i can continue with my day. i waited 10+ minutes for my food at a stall just for them to ask me to pull to the drive thru window. the cashier was confused when i got there & it took about 5 minutes to sort that out. they then handed me my food & the oreo blast which the cap was not secure & it wasted everywhere. the cashier took it back & came back about 2-3 minutes later requesting my bag back & then continued to have a conversation with the cooks about the orders i assume which they then handed me the order for the customer behind me. i handed the bag back & told them it was correct the first time & after more discussion they finally gave me my order but the blast was still overfilled & cap not secured so it wasted AGAIN! my order was also incorrect which after all the commotion, i expected that. i drove out of my way to come to this sonic bc the one around the street from my house absolutely sucks as well so needless to say, i’m still very disappointed.

If I could give it a zero I would I ordered food for three people and they charge my credit card three different times instead of putting it on one ticket and it locked my car to where it would not work and pay for the last meal and the lady started yelling at me telling me it’s my fault that they did the transaction role and proceeds to tell me that I need to leave the store I’m outraged that I cannot provide food for the people that are with me and it really upset me when I seen the district manager wearing sandals in a food business during working hours feet were unmanicured and really kind of did not want to see that before I was supposed to eat

Food was fresh but service was terrible! If you’re not a people person you shouldn’t do customer service type jobs. Drive thru person barely opened window, didn’t say a word, shoved my card back to me and took off! Next person shoved my bag out of the window with my chili cheese tots turned upside down! I was like that can’t be my order you have turned like that!? I just this is the type of service we get when people don’t want to work anymore!!

This used to be a good place to get food. Today I waited 45 minutes for two burgers and a blast. One of the burgers was not what I ordered. I watched people come in and ask for drinks that they ordered. They said had been waiting twenty minutes for. I saw only four people working and they could not keep up with the demand of customers. Apparently no one knows about the problems of this Sonic. If they did this would not happen. Hopefully someone from corporate will see this and do something about it.

I wish I could post the video I created. I tried to salvage some to eat but I couldn’t. The coney was horribly prepared. The skin was coming off and it was discolored. I will never return to this location!
