Waited on a door dash order for over 30 minutes… went inside and employees were just hanging out and laughing it up. Was told “we’re” still working on it after waiting for 30+ minutes. It was two 4 piece combos. I can see why this location gets so many low reviews. Terrible location, and really slow workers don’t even bother wasting your time or money here waiting for food here. Definitely not worth it. -5 stars for me.

Went there today and there was one person ahead of me. She said she had been waiting about 10 minutes and still hadn’t been waited on. She left. I waited around for a little while and nobody ever waited on me. I was hungry for fried chicken and ended up going to Popeye’s.

Deciding to dine at KFC today and it was definitely a great decision. Wasn’t very busy for once and I was able to place my order quickly. The menu has lots of options to choose from and the service okay at the Intercom the lady was having trouble hearing and didn’t ask me what i wanted to drink. I decided on the KFC Famous Bowl which consisted of Mac N Cheese and pieces of Chicken but once I got home I realized they screwed up my order and gave me a Pepsi and a onon sweet tea, but i didn’t make a big deal out of it because I wasnt going to drink it anyway no a big deal. I very was specific on what I wanted and my order was still messed it up. I guess next time I’ll have to check my order before I leave the drive thru. So instead I ended up the Famous Potato Bowl which consist of Corn, Mashed Potatoes and pieces of Chicken. I also ordered a 3 piece tender fill up box for later which consisted of three tenders, mashed potatoes, a biscuit and a chocalate chip cookie. The food was really good. The chicken tenders were cooked to perfection and the cookies was a extra sweet lil bonus. I was really looking forward sinking my teeth into that Mac N Cheese bowl but I may or may not decide to give them another chance. Overall Kfc has really good food , Im a happy Camper.

I hate to write this poor review because I usually have great experiences with KFC, but today was awful. There was a 25 minute wait for a famous bowl, and I was shorted a side. When I got to eat, the potatoes were runny, and the chicken was soft (like if you heat up a microwave version of the meal). Maybe they were short staffed, but it was not a great experience. Don’t plan on a quick visit during 11am-12pm.
