I order a soup and a chicken ba-me which I did not like. The soup was cold and the bread of the sandwich was extremely hard. I never had a bad experience at other Vietnamese restaurants. I was told by the waitress ” that’s how the bread it’s supposed to be,” (NO) it’s not supposed to that hard . I drank the soup like if it was a bottle of water and left the ban me there. I told the waitress about the bread and she still charged me. $28 for a cold chicken noodles soup and a tiny hard bread.

The food here is absolutely delicious. You definitely get what you pay for, and it is a great option when looking for something besides pizza. I have never gotten something from here that I did not like. I enjoy the noodle bowl and summer roll with peanut sauce.

I love it here. The fact you can get Vietnamese cuisine anywhere upstate is a blessing. I read a lot of reviews about longer wait times, but quite frankly Ive waited longer in some places in the city. Plus, why the rush… I just give in to the upstate relaxed vibe and talk to other guests waiting or the staff who are always friendly. The food in my opinion is flavorful and fresh and my favorite are the sandwiches or vermicelli. Yum yum!

This was our second time here and the food is outstanding. Super cute and quaint place with a chill/relaxing atmosphere as well. Definitely recommend the chicken pho and the impossible noodle bowl/salad. We will definitely be back!

Location is great – can people watch and generally enjoy life as it passes you by on the street outside. Ample seating inside, with some really cool art on the walls. I can not question or doubt the quality of the ingredients; everything seemed fresh. This is all going to come down to taste and preference, but for my wife and I, the food was ok but not great. Also found the service to be quite slow.

This was the second visit to Ba & Me, the first being several years before when they were in a smaller location. The food was okay but not the best Vietnamese food we’ve had. I wanted to give it another try since it does have very good reviews. The new location was quaint and clean, with several booths and tables. The bathroom was clean, which is important in my opinion.

Food was… ok. I had the Five Spice Chicken Rice Platter. I noticed they also had the same as a Noodle Platter but the menu stated it had nuts on it, where as the Rice Platter didn’t (I’m not allergic, luckily, I just don’t care for nuts), but low and behold, to my dismay, the Rice Platter was covered in nuts.
