In a parking lot structure. Tables are in parking places. No bathroom. When I went to the counter they didn’t know what milk alternatives were. They pointed to a regular bottle of milk in a convenience store fridge and Said,” we only have this milk”. I’d swear I was caught in the twilight zone. Is Downtown Santa Ana stuck in the 50’s ? I am also AMAZED that there are NO less than 5* reviews. This place is garbage. I wouldn’t get coffee there if my life depended upon it.

Everyone here is very nice and inviting! The owner makes you feel like family! I tried the roast beef sandwich that they made with care to ensure that it was exactly what I wanted… it was delicious! I also tried a smoothie which was the best one I’ve ever had! They really listen to you and care about your satisfaction! You get a lot of food for your money, best value I’ve seen! I could’ve easily shared the sandwich with my wife, it was large! This is the perfect location especially if you’re on lunch during jury duty or work in the area. I will definitely be going here everytime I’m in the area! Thank you to the owner and staff for a wonderful meal and great conversation!

The breakfast king is amazing. 100% recommend. SUPER friendly owner and clean property. The indoor lobby right cross is beautiful for indoor seating, as well as the 2nd floors open space for offices. They also have outdoor seating.

So far I really liking this place. The Turkey sandwich was really good and big for the price. Cannot wait to try the tuna or Roast Beef. Might take a pass on the meatball sub for now, heard it wasn’t that good. Strawberry smoothie with whipped cream (Which made the smoothie) was very yummy. Also I’m a fan of the Breakfast sandwich.

OMG!!! I stopped by this AMAZING little coffee shop yesterday morning. And I’m so glad I went in! The place is clean and neat, and and the owner is super nice and friendly! I tried the pastrami panini and strawberry smoothie. Absolutely delicious and the coffee is ON TOP OF THE WORLD!

Being a regular from the same building at this quaint cafe, every sandwich has never let me down. The breakfast king is the go to; it is a generous size and you can add any veggies you want! The owner is very friendly and you can tell he loves running his business. All jurors who don’t visit this cafe are missing out!
