Domino’s needs to get their act together. You’re just going to keep losing customers at this rate. I’m a loyal customer; or was, who attempted to redeem my complimentary medium hand tossed pie from previous purchases and when I went to checkout, the system on your site stated sorry there’s no available store for delivery redemption even provided had added to the order. I don’t get, what’s the sense of rewards if you’re stonewalling us from redeeming our “reward”. Thanks for nothing Domino. And keep raising your delivery fee. You’ll have no customers in no time.

The Dominos in East Northport sent a delivery person to our house who walked in on my wife at 10:45 at night without knocking. When she asked him what he was doing in the house, he lied and said that they saw each other through the window (she was in the back of the house putting a six-year-old to sleep). She kicked him out and called to complain. Later that night, her windshield was smashed with a hammer, and the merchant’s receipt for the credit card charge was balled up on the ground next to her car. Dominos corporate told us their security office would call us, and it never did. Corporate and the East Northport franchise refuse to pay for the windshield. We filed a police report, and are considering a civil suit.

They have good food and decent customer service but they seldom deliver car side carry out on time. And the time to track car side after ready always stop midway. Last time I was there it stop and it took more than 15 minutes for order to come out after ready and it stopped after 1:31. I just don’t get why they have this system if it is so inaccurate and deceiving. Plus it doesn’t give you reliable pick up time.

Ordered delivery. The driver called me saying he was on the block, but having trouble finding the address and asked me to step outside. I went to the end of my driveway and there were no cars in sight. Waited ten minutes and never saw anybody. I called back and he said he’d be there shortly. Another ten minutes went by before he showed up. How do you call me, tell me you’re “on the block” (a block which is less than half a mile long AND a dead end) and then take 20 more minutes to show up? Doesn’t make any sense to me.

My god is this pizza good. I’m a local that just moved to the area from South Carolina and boy can I tell you, THIS IS WHAT NEW YORK PIZZA IS ALL ABOUT. All I had to do was call the number listed and I was greeted by a pleasant voice that took my order. It was ready in 10 minutes and everyone at the location were EXTREMELY NICE and asked if I would like garlic sauce on the side. I said “ count me in!” As I indulged in my hand tossed pizza when I got home. If I could eat this every night I would. I have never had pizza better than this. 5/5

It’s chain pizza, you know what you’re getting. Great for feeding large groups of hungry kids who aren’t picky.

My buddies and I ordered Food. They said it was 44.83 on the phone. The driver comes and says it was 49.83 and then says, before he even greets us, “it was a long drive I better get a good tip.” We called back and the person on the phone confirmed it was 44.83 and then when we told him what happens says it was 48.83. They are clearly lying and tried to rob us of a tip. Terrible service.

Food is always ok but when you order online and the app says it’s ready and you get there and they tell you to wait another 5 to 10 mins after I placed the order 15 mins ago doesn’t make you happy. The only explanation/excuse I got was “maybe something was wrong with the app” I think it’s time to go to a different store as I order pretty often.

Fast and friendly delivery and the pizza was super hot and the crust was still crispy rather than the out-of-the-bag soggy. Not sure how they do that, because the local pizzeria pizza is gummy and tough unless i go and pick it up myself. Joseph was cheerful and fast at bringing a not quite local order, meanwhile the local guy around the corner is a grouchy slob and he takes a crazy long time for being within easy walking distance. I’m going for Domino’s from now on, and online ordering was easier than i thought it would be.
