My family and I have been going to this fish market for double digit years. The fish here is freaking amazingly delicious If you are in the neighborhood for some home cooked lunch/dinner, then the Compton Fish Market is your place to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

2022 is my first time coming here several months ago. Have came here a little less then 10 times and I love the meal that I’ve purchased here(like a 5 piece red snapper meal). As long as the meal’s good…I’ll keep going. The waiting area is large but could use a make over and this is why I only gave 3 stars.

Go see for yourself, this place is filthy and has kids in there sick an all, nobodies hair was covered including the cook. The baby looked sick an she only refunded part of my order after we found a hair literally fried into my fish. I have pictures and videos. The baby had some type of rash all over his face an runny nose. I’m reporting to the health department. Then had a attitude about my refund when I got there. They need to clean that place up, hotdog cart vendors are cleaner than this place and more respectful

Always a home town favorite. You can buy the first and take it home to cook yourself or they will fry it for you there and add sides to make it a meal. I visit every time I am in Compton.
