Loved the food! I forgot to take a photo till I was mostly done with my quesadilla but it was the best chicken I’ve had an El Paso. It was so juicy and flavorful and they gave you a lot of meat in the quesadilla. The cucumber lime agua fresca was really good and they were kind enough to give my dog some water while we were waiting. The workers were really kind. Will definitely go back

The guy at the drive thru was really nice and had made a mistake, he fixed our order and made sure we left happy. I think it was unprofessional that some lady came over to the window and was upset at him and made it known to all the clients. People make mistakes sometimes, don’t make it worse for your employees.

It pains me to write a bad review because my family and I have been eating here for quite sometime and enjoyed their food. However, this last time we stopped by was the last straw. We had received bad food in the past, but we understand you can’t get the same quality of food every single time. However, my main issue is the lack of quality control in food. This last time we got a spoiled salsa when ordering the barbacoa. the barbacoa it self had pieces of tissue and other pieces of the cheek and/or tongue where it is evident it’s not properly clean before cooking. It makes it unappetizing. A few months ago my wife went (which technically should have been the breaking point) and she got a piece of what looked like a small ball of hair in the barbacoa. I went back and showed them the photos my wife had taken of the barbacoa she received and little concern was given to it. No refund was provided or credit. Keep in mind the 2 kg barbacoa is above $40 and it went straight to the trash. We also had another incident with the salsa in the past as well. This last time a total of $75 dollars were spent on 2kg of barbacoa, green chilaquiles with egg, 2 cucumber limonades and an iced coffee. The barbacoa was unappetizing and disgusting for reasons mentioned above, the salsa was spoiled, the egg in the chilaquiles was past done and the chilaquiles were bland. The drinks were the only things that were consumed everything else went to the trash.

Ordered a few items 2 items I didn’t receive 1 they decided not to charge me for and give me and another they forgot to put into our bag. The lady taking our order had a really hard time listening to what we were trying to order and in all honesty it’s way to expensive for how dry the food is and how bad the service is, I rather go to don cuco to get more for less,everything freshly cooked and my orders taken and given correctly. Never coming here again.

It was my first time here & it was marvelous! I had the “works quesadilla” with green chile stew. It was real good & the staff was helpful & friendly. The agua fresca cucumber wasn’t anything to brag about. I found my new taco shop!

Third time I’ve had menudo at FreshCo and I’ll usually give a restaurant three chances before I form an opinion and I won’t be eating there a forth time. The tripe pieces are huge, not bite sized ” look at the pictures for scale.” And the soup was void of flavor no matter how much salt I added. The toasted bread was burnt and unedible. Even if it wasn’t burnt to a crisp I don’t think it was fresh bread. Overall a horrible experience. I really wanted to like this restaurant because it’s the closest to my home but I guess I’ll have to drive to my old reliable best menudo spot “BB” to start off my weekends.
