The espresso was just ok; the veggie burrito was soggy. The barista was moody and standoffish. The worst aspect was the location, on the plaza. What I was hoping for was an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. What I got was a bunch of uptight, narcissistic passer-bys, unable to stifle their petty complaints that my two exceptionally well-behaved dogs sitting outside on the pavement might constitute the slightest impediment to their forward progress, on their journeys in search of overpriced, knock-off huipiles and indescribably weak margaritas. Although not entirely attributable to the cafe, sitting outside on the terrace in the middle of a calm Wednesday afternoon with my two blissfully sleeping dogs felt at times like suffering through the fourth ring of hell.

Nope- I asked for light ice, got a cup of ice. Asked for oat milk and watched as the barista put in regular milk. She made me a new one but if I hadn’t been watching, that mistake would have ruined my day.

Wonderful little space with decent coffee. Jackie was kind to my partner and I and very supportive of outsiders coming into to support the local economy. VASTLY different from the unwelcoming and extremely political World Cup Cafe down the street. Stay away from World Cup and support Noula’s.

Good service, Starbucks coffee, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, scones and cookies. Outdoor sidewalk seating on Taos Plaza. Indoor seating. Conveniently colocated in Hotel Le Fonda De Taos.

Good chai tea latte ($5.25 for a large), friendly barista, two-seater tables, chill upbeat music… located in historic downtown square in Taos, NM.

Got a Mexican mocha, which was simply fascinating. Such a weird concept, and it’s a cute place too!

Great variety, good location, and inspiring atmosphere, but no barista when we visited. It was a very hot day out. I ordered an iced mocha for myself, and for my husband, I asked for a strong drink with oat milk. The drink maker suggested an Americano. I was so dumbfounded and in a hurry that I said sure. It came out hot. Her solution was to put ice in it

Really good! We loved the white mocha and Italian sodas the best. Kids thought the hot chocolate was very yummy! We’ve visited twice, and both baristas were pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely be back again!

The woman behind the counter was friendly and extremely helpful. It’s a nice place but as an independent business it would probably fare better for them if they moved away from Starbucks to local coffee. If people want Starbucks they can go there, people come to small coffee shops to support local. There will be plenty customers to support your decision.
