Ordered a pizza that was suppose to be hamburger, got home and it was pepperoni. I give 5 stars because their customer service was too tier. They didn’t question it and they corrected my issue with ease. Pizza was great too, I ordered it with modifications and they followed them through.

id give 0 stars if possible. Placed order and showed it was accepted. Drive 15-20 minutes to pick it up…get there…they stated they cancelled my order because they get fake orders. What does that have to do with my order? I suggest they get new employees who arent incompetent.

Nice employees, nothing I ordered was correct. I paid for a lot of extras, sauces, toppings, etc. Received nothing. Didn’t realize until I was home with my son. Never again, will stay with papa johns.

Very rude place. I called to ask a question the guy answered the phone and said we’re not open. I said I wasn’t trying to order just yet I just needed to ask a question he said I told you we’re not open yet and hang the phone up in my face. I will have his name on here soon his name was Jules.. if he is the manager there he should take a class on customer service immediately. I had to call the dominos in Dallas NC just to get my question answered very distasteful and unacceptable by the company

Unprofessional chain location. Placed and order and payed online, only to wait for over an hour to be told that they can’t deliver to my house and that I have to wait 2-5 days for a refund. So now I’m inconvenienced with not having my food or funds to place an order elsewhere.

Obviously it’s pouring rain, so we pulled in after leaving the Dr office. Husband went in to order a pizza to take home. As you see I’m in the car, he’s inside “trying to get pizza”. It’s already been about 35 minutes. Then I look over to see a Pizza Delivery guy with several pizza’s getting in his car. I know they hav’ta get them to the people who call in but “COME ON” why can’t you Toss up a pizza for the people who came to you..!!!
