The first time we had takeout from Everest, it was phenomenal. Whoever made the chicken soup specifically as well as the other chicken dishes that day crafted them in an entirely delectable way; however, when we dined in at their establishment, it was an extremely different and disappointing experience.

A big NOPE for me. I’ve eaten a lot of Indian/Nepalese food and this is not it. The masala sauce was the weirdest, most unnatural red color, the prices were outrageous for the small portions, and we actually left still hungry. I think I had maybe 5 pieces of small chicken in my dish (it was mostly sauce,) and they brought out ONE portion of rice for 4 people. I’m honestly so confused why this place has such good reviews. Maybe it was just a bad day? I usually give restaurants a second chance before deciding on my opinion, but I just can’t with this one.

We love the always delicious food, and appreciate the friendly service of the family owners. Our regular order includes chicken tikka, lasooni naan, saag paneer, chicken korma, vegetable karma, and aloo gobi, and it’s fun to try new dishes as well. The inside is a bit tired looking but we usually do takeout and to us, the food and good service matter the most! Great place if you live in N Longmont or SW Berthoud.

I recommend the Lamb Curry from here. I ordered mine medium and it was perfect. This was my second visit in order to write an average review. The 1st time was on a Friday evening and I was the 1st one there but quickly after every single booth was occupied. This is a hidden gem who has the best lamb curry I’ve had in a long time. The curry wasn’t watered down like most. The garlic nam was great for dipping in sauce. The lamb was tender yet fully cooked. I actually crave this place… yes, that good!

Understated hole in the wall with exceptional food and friendly staff. We love the onion bhaji, korma, and kadal chicken. The tika masala and vindaloo are also quite good. Definitely our favorite Indian/Nepalese restaurant in Longmont and probably Boulder too.

I had a simple bowl of thukpa: tender wheat noodles with crunchy vegetables in a delicious, spicy broth soup! Kind of tangy and perfect for a cold day especially with a cup of chai!

Ate lunch here recently. I was the only person in the place. The service was inattentive, the food was average at best, and the interior could use some attention (e.g., paint, new ceiling tiles, etc.). Also, the chicken I ordered was overcooked – by a lot.

Wow! Stopped in for lunch and I’m so thrilled that I found this hidden gem. The atmosphere is cozy and staff is beyond friendly. The food… omg. The food is phenomenal! Definitely my new go-to spot in Longmont.

I have been eating here for quite a few years now and I ALWAYS have a nice experience here. The food is always very good, the owner/waitress always remembers me and asks about my family, etc They will even make 1/2 orders of entree items for me if they are not too busy so that when I am dining alone I can still order a few different things to have a nice variety. For a long time, before they added Bhindi Masala to the menu, I would ask if they would make it for me and they were always happy to do that.
