I had an incredible vegan meal here on my birthday while enjoying the lively atmosphere that came with it. Definitely recommend Jose’s, they’re still my favorite Mexican restaurant after many, many years. It makes me happy to see them thriving with all these new locations lately! They need to take the authentic part out of the sign. Taco bell meat. Zero cilantro or onion. Zero flavor on the ground beef. Plus adds an administrative fee on you bill.
