Willie G’s was definitely a hit with me and three others. We left fully satisfied with the ambience, the service and the quality of food! Our only complaint would be that we were so full that we weren’t able to eat for the rest of the day Our servers was a very sweet and kind young lady from Turkey. She did such a great job. The atmosphere was so spot on that we all were comfortable sitting outside on a warm and humid day. We were also able to see dolphins from where we were seated out into the Harbor. We can’t say enough about this find. Try it out and hopefully you will be as satisfied as we were. Thank you Willie G’s for an amazing dining experience.

Went here to celebrate my birthday. Food was delicious. Out server was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I had the Fried seafood platter and coconut rice with some lobster bisque and a delicious Desert Pear Margarita which I highly recommend. Thanks for making my birthday dinner an excellent experience.

Booked a dinner reservation for me and my two children. The table location was perfect, a great indoor view of the marina and water. The atmosphere was great, everything was clean and well put together. It was nice and relaxing, it doesn’t seem as congested as the sea wall area.

My My My! What an excellent choice for a birthday dinner. Made reservations a week or so prior to our drive in from Dallas. Our waitress was awesome! She answered any questions we had and made some great recommendations, especially since it was our first time visiting. The drinks were good and the food…mmm mmm good . The atmosphere was cozy and I would recommend that you try it at least once. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Galveston.

We were told an hour wait for inside but outside we could be seated immediately. We choose to sit outside but noticed that the inside seating seemed to move quickly as well with no wait. Do not recommend sitting outside. The flies are horrible outside and there seemed to be no pest control and any type of net or barriers to keep out the flying birds.

This is a great restaurant with fabulous food. Very fresh and tasty. I wasn’t in the mood for steak or seafood but the chicken with green beans and ginger rice was awesome. My date had a house salad and the fried shrimp with a side of Parmesan risotto. Needless to say I sampled all the food . Topped off with pecan pie and vanilla bean ice cream. Just fabulous! Next time I’m in Galveston I’ll eat at Willie Gs.

Wonderful experience! Our waiter was professional and kept our glasses filled and checked on us consistently. The fried catfish was scrumptious, the seafood quesadillas were yummy, and the shrimp and crab salad was fresh and delicious. Make a reservation or be ready to wait for a bit.

We went here for lunch at the recommendation of our Uber driver and we were quite happy with our choice. The outdoor seating area has a cool view of the water and you can watch the boats go by. Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely a place we’ll go back to when in the area.
