We both ordered 2 chicken meals. Both meals the chicken was extremely dry, old, and looked like it had been sitting in a warmer all day. One meal was chicken tenders and they were hard as rocks. Pretty sure the biscuits could be used as rocks.

Not sure if it’s just laziness or if they are too cheap but this location doesn’t put place mats on their trays. So they lay the fries on the bare tray and then the fries get a nice coating of the cleaning spray from the tray on them. Very unsanitary and it should be basic common sense, the manager here must be a filthy person.

The only reason the average rating is not five stars is because Taco Bell has to share the love with KFC lol. I’m not a big fan of kfc it makes me sick. On the other hand, Taco Bell is also not the best for you but it’s sooo soo good. Every now and then, we get this random craving for some “kentaco” aka Kentucky Taco Bell but could be kentacohut if it had Pizza Hut. Anyways I have never had a bad experience with eating here. The only time I could complain was when I ordered door dash and it showed up cold but that was on the driver.
