As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I spent27.97 I’ve been going to checkers for years. This was the worst food ever. My husband got 2 chili dogs he said they tasted old and not good. I ordered 2 single cheese 1 of them plain. There was no cheese on either sandwich. The automatic person talking made it hard to know what you were getting. Never go back. I called the store said disconnected.

Awful service for mediocre food. Waited while four cars went through the drive thru and an employee came out, ordered his lunch, and got it. When I asked, the girl behind the window told me they were just starting our food. I got the baconzillla and couldn’t eat any of the bacon because it was undercooked. I have had good experiences in the past with Checkers in Florida and was hoping to give my girlfriend a good first visit. Instead she has decided she will never eat at your stores again. And neither will I.

The food was good. Exactly what I expected from previous visits, and everything was accurate. The ordering was a nightmare. The automated system made the process take longer and left lots of questions, all of which had to be answered at the window. The service was slower than normal, and the person I asked to confirm the order was rude about it.

Not happy with my food as it was lukewarm and for some strange reason the girl working the drive-thru window couldn’t take my EARNED percentage off of my order thru the Checkers/Rally’s app, making us have to pay full price for being a LOYAL LONG-TERM CUSTOMER!
