if i could give 0 stars i would. we just had one of our friends drive 20 minutes to get food. they came back with it and there wasn’t even half of the order in the bag. they forgot pretty much everything and we all lost out on money. we all feel scammed and severely disappointed that we paid for overpriced food to not even get half of it. this is absolutely ridiculous. truly will never go back.

Genuinely, do not go to this location. Drive the extra 7 min to go to the one in Pewaukee. I don’t know what’s wrong with this place, but they never have cheese sauce, both times I’ve gone for breakfast they’ve given we someone else’s order, and this last time I went they told me to pull up, before I could even hand them my card, had me sitting there waiting for nearly 20 mins as people drove around me. Came out like “oh sorry we forgot about you” and guess what? Again no sauce. No coupons or anything.

Good food, friendly service, and clean restaurant. It is a bit difficult to get to. When you see it from the highway you think you have easy access. You will need to enter the mall and use a couple of round abouts to get to the restaurant.

Chick-fil-A is consistently amazing. Food always prepared fresh and staff always kind and attentive. Management is well integrated with staff and models great working relationships. Always clean and comfortable with quick service that lets you know they appreciate your business. Definitely sets the standard in fast food and wish more businesses operated like them.
