I went through the drive through to get the impossible burger and was amazed at how well the person taking the order listened and was attentive. I didn’t have to repeat myself and she clarified the order with me. I was going to suggest a promotion only to find out that the woman taking my order is Tara and the general manager of the store. Great job Tara. Thank you for your excellent service.

Outside appearance is off-putting. Grass (weeds) hasn’t been mowed in weeks. Windows dirty with evidence of old posters. Inside, power and cable TV cords hanging from the ceiling with no TV. Service was slow and disrespectful. Older lady with short dyed red hair disputed our order – said we were the one’s who ordered wrong. Charged for three drinks, only ordered two. She asked for help from the “manager” to do the refund and got no response. Food palatable but not worth the $20. the two of us paid. Obviously Burger King is in decline, and this store specifically is one to be avoided. There are so many other choices in fast food – why subject yourself to this place?

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I placed a drive through order on my way home from work. I ordered a whopper melt, single patty bacon whopper and 2 kids meal. The melt was not in the bag and they gave me a double bacon whopper which was cold and nasty looking. The fries and onion rings were stale and cold. Upon calling back the store to inform them of the mistakes, Tamara took my order, the employee who answered was GROSSLY unprofessional after I told her I would not be able to return as I was already home. She proceeded to tell me that “ I was calling the store for no reason if I wasn’t coming back with the food” and then DISCONNECTED the call on me. Is this the kind of customer service that Burger King stands by? Absolutely disgusting and vile.

My guys and I came in around 11:15 and they were extremely short staffed and busy… The very pretty lady in front was very professional and was on point to the best of her ability… If I owned a restaurant I would try to steal her from you… Just kidding… Maybe… But seriously, you have a good lunch crew here… Thank you…

I asked a few questions about how the fries and fish burger is prepared. The manager explained them in detail. They can microwave the fish instead of grilling to prevent cross-contamination. Fries are fried in a separate oil. They were friendly and helpful.

Food was absolutely disgusting. There was no syrup in the coke, asked for extra mayo on the whoppers, and got none. The hamburger patty looked disgusting, and the chicken nuggets had a slimy texture, that ive never encountered before. I told my husband as we were pulling in that there must have been a reason why no one was in line or in the parking lot, and now we know why. After looking at other reviews, I can see this is a common occurrence and people have learned to stay away. Thankfully, we don’t live up this way, and won’t have to eat here again. And that’s a shame, I normally love BK.

Food here is ok, for fast food. I’ve gotten cold burgers before. The service on the other hand is lacking, orders are frequently missing items, or mixed up and the drive through time from placing your order to getting and then correcting it can be close to 10 minutes.

Amazing service from 1 employee her name is Sharon I ordered inside and my order was delayed a while because of small complications coming from the kitchen, the lady working drive through could tell I had a long wait and talked to the crew members and was able to get my meal to me with a quickness, she was very polite and responsive and took charge I appreciated her dedication to my service and would highly recommend her to management my recommendation comes with high regard to the speediness of her service and her attentiveness to the customer.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and I’m being Kind. The “manager” and I use that word loosely, was making orders with her BARE HANDS everyone else preparing food had on gloves. I asked for a refund and told why i requested it and all you hear was $#!+ talking in the kitchen area. I paid with a credit card and wasn’t given a receipt to prove my refund was returned to my card so i asked for 1, the other “manager stated that she couldn’t give me that bc she needed that copy for herself. To make a long story short VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Bk needs a WHOLE NEW STAFF or just go ahead and close down. Shameful!!!!!!!!

Worst BK I’ve been to in my life. Ordered a #2 and #9 with shakes… what we got was 3 kid burgers and a plain singal with cheese and our shakes tasted of a chemical or spoiled milk. Shut this place down asap. Someone gonna get sick.
