I ordered an 8 piece meal specifically with one chicken breast and the rest drumsticks with the two sides of macaroni and cheese. I said this twice. When I was given my order by the same woman who had taken my order, I repeated it and she nodded her head yes. I wish I checked it before I left. When I got home what was in the bucket was the one chicken breast, but only five drumsticks and two chicken backs! The chicken was overcooked, hard and dry. The macaroni and cheese, which I used to think was the best, was also dry and nasty. I did everything I could think of to make it palatable but it was hopeless, and I ended up having to throw it and my money in the garage! The biscuits too were dry and hard as rocks.

I wish I could give this terrible place 0 stars…. The chicken was terrible the biscuits were hard after going months without biscuits the service leaves something to be desired to.. I’d suggest you go to the one in Camden way better food and service…..Tried to give them a second chance I get biscuit that aren’t done and this terrible so called pizza

Pulling into the parking lot, there were 3 employees standing out front. One was spitting. They all followed us into the restaurant and headed to the back. We waited more than 5 minutes before our order was taken. Though the place was mostly empty, we were lucky to find a table that was fairly clean but the entire front of the house was a wreck. I was excited, however, that nacho fries were back. Sadly mine were obviously old so I asked for a fresh order. Two stars since my son said the chicken tasted fresh. However, there were stale nachos and the beans weren’t hot. As I post this, my family is finished eating and I’m still waiting for the fries. Sad.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This was a terrible dining experience. It was extremely warm out, so we decided to dine-in after about 4 hours of driving. We ordered and paid for the meal. The cashier then hands us two drink cups and says, “we don’t got no ice”. She assured us the soda would come out of the machine cold. It did not. Did not take long to figure out the air conditioning was not working. Our receipt said “dine-in”, but when the wait seemed longer than it should have, my wife inquired. Our meal was sitting in the to-go area in take-out boxes. Usually, KFC chicken is good, but not this time. I thought the chicken was overcooked, but my wife felt the cooking oil was old. Either way, we did not eat much and left. A neighboring fast food restaurant had ice, so we bought cold drinks there. I add that a Chick-fil-A directly across the highway had a line at the drive-thru that never ended while we were there. There is no pride here; from the workers or the owners. In all honesty, if this is the best this particular restaurant can do, it would be better off closed. KFC is better than this.

Stopped past this location to pick up 15 wings. After the cashier asked another employee, she came back with this response, “We only have them in 3 or 4 pieces.” So, if that’s the case, why not offer to sell me 4-4pieces?? This is a chicken establishment, so preparing 15 wings should not be an issue. I just remembered why I don’t shop here regularly.

Waited forever like usual the girl assured me everything was in the bag got home missing two orders of chicken nuggets and a orderof fries. The chicken had absolutely no taste so I’m not sure where all the secret spices were. Too much hassle to take it all back. Milford KFC has-been going down for a long time. I will go to Popeyes from now on.
