This particular location is hands down the best Popeyes I have ever been to! Staff were extra friendly, grease was fresh, made the chicken taste wonderful. Cooked fresh, hot, fresh bread, just top notch! Going to be a regular pit stop for us!

Went through the drive through yesterday for the sweet and spicy chicken which I’ve had before. Not only was I charged for a extra side I get home and there was no sauce on my chicken. Took it back for someone to tell me sometimes it happens and was asked have I ever had this type of chicken before I told him yes and it actually had sauce on it so he gave me two cups of sauce. I will not be coming back to this location very rude including the manager

Disappointed with the entire dining experience. Service was ok. Food was marginal. Was shocked to see the cook in the back working without a hairnet or hat, everyone else had a hat or visor on. The music was horrible. Felt as though I was in a Moroccan resturant with the pan flute or strings and constant drum beat. The worst was the female employee constantly yelling during my entire visit.

Make sure you check you order in the drive-thru before you leave. Got a tender meal they for got my side drove back to get the side. Then realize once I got back home again that they forgot our sauce also. Food was mediocre and tasted like it had been sitting since the opened.

I tried ordering through the drive-thru and the person on the other end was rude, hard to understand, and sounded like she just did not want to be there. I asked for the number one, she asked if I wanted spicy or not and I said, I told her I wanted french fries for my side and a lemonade, she said we do not have lemonade what kind of side do you want? I told you I wanted french fries for my side if you don’t have lemonade how about the one that I just saw on the sign the mango, she said we don’t have that either, I said okay just give me a sandwich and french fries, she said okay do you want spicy or regular? I said again I would like spicy, You don’t want a drink? she asked again, I said “you don’t have what I want to drink why would I order something else” and then she said “fine just a sandwich you want spicy or regular in a aggravated voice” and I said you know what forget it goodbye. I was really looking forward to a spicy chicken sandwich unfortunately they turned me off.

I just left from Popeyes about 12 minutes ago I asked for spicy because the last 4 times they kept giving me mild so whatever I didn’t say anything- I asked tonight around 11pm I ordered 3 wings combo with strawberry Fanta pop . I got the spicy wing this time but mannnnn was it disgusting you can taste that hard burnt taste and it sucked because it was $14 meal. I got the Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes that was okay. It sucked even more when I didn’t get a straw it’s so inconvenient. It’s so local and dang the chicken was disgusting because it was so burnt like the bottom of something. I usually don’t even bother to do reviews but this time I had to because it’s so disappointing and I work in food service fast

I normally go to the Popeyes in Bloomingdale because their food is always fresh and tasty. Today , I decided to try this location because it’s closer to my residence and I didn’t feel like driving the extra 10 minutes to the one in Bloomingdale. Big mistake!!! Not only could I not understand the person in the drive thru taking my order but the chicken was the driest chicken I have ever had ANYWHERE. I ordered 2 spicy tender combos and these tenders could not have been prepared today. They were at least a couple of days old. My son almost choked on a piece as he tried to eat it. I immediately tried to call the location to demand my money back but I get a message stating “ This number cannot be reached at this time” Never again ! If you’re from this area , I suggest you go to the location in Bloomingdale. This location on North Ave. should be shut down for serving old food.

Placed an online order and when I went to get my order they had nothing ready. They told my husband they had no orderes for us. Spoke to the Manager Rabia Ahmed and she said there was nothing she could do. Showed her my phone with my receipt and she said there still wasn’t anything she could do. I asked for a number for someone else I could speak to and she put me on the phone with someone who said he was supposedly the district manager and he told me he couldn’t give me free food. First of all it wasn’t free for I paid for it second how are you district manager and you can’t help a customer. District managerS name was Mr. SHAKIL
