Order for delivery. Chicken Caesar salad was okay. They were out of milkshakes because they didn’t have ice cream? They called immediately to let me know, which was super great. We got the Mac n cheese balls instead. They were good. BUT we actually ordered 3 orders of the snack chicken tenders – they only sent 4 PCs. We ordered 3 french fries – they were white – not golden and crispy, and also pretty flavorless. The burger was fine – pretty dry, despite being medium. We also ordered a ginger beer and a root beer, they sent 2 root beers. The ordering prompt specifically asked if we wanted disposable plates and utensils – which I did say yes to. They did not send any. Also, we asked for ketchup as the sauce for each thing we ordered. They sent 4 little squeeze packets.

Used to have a B Good by home and always loved going there. Was very disappointed by this location. All staff members were on their phones even while making the food with gloves on which not only is unprofessional but unsanitary. They also had limited homemade drinks but what they did have was pretty much empty. When someone asked if it could be refilled she was left waiting. Customer that came in we’re waiting to be helped while the staff was again on their phones. To complete the experience, the trash can was overflowing and the tables were noticeably not cleaned the entire day. Again something that could be fixed if the staff was not so worried about texting. One staff member was literally sitting at a table with her feet up on her phone. Unacceptable experience and had to pay $30 for it.
