Fantastic food, great service, playing hip latin music and not the usual classical opera put you to sleep stuff which was a refreshing change. Ice cream shop at the front of the restaurant is also great for a quick desert on your way out!

A lot of locals in the Seymour area already know Morales knows their tacos. However, I’m going to go farther and say Morales may be the closest thing in Seymour to going to a friend or family member’s house and eating. Yes, the tacos are delicious from al pastor to carnitas and you need to try them. However, Morales really shines with their traditional foods such as tamales or chile rellenos. I also recently found out that they’re serving birria tacos, but they’re serving lamb birria which is much more difficult to find.
