im NEVER going back to dragon tower. I found a rock in my food, and i asked for a refund because who wants to pay for food with a rock in it? the manager is trying everything in her power to avoid refunding my money. offering me a $15 giftcard when my purchase was $30+, but why would i want a gift card for a business im not going to be returning too? also saying there is no proof that it is food from their restaurant, i have my receipt and a receipt of the date and time i took a picture and video of the rock in my food. ive tried calling since last saturday about my problem, and i kept getting a worker telling me to call back tomorrow when the manager is in. dont ever go to this establishment.

Nice place! Hard to find Chinese restaurants that still allow you to dine in. This place was very clean, the waitress was very good, the food came out promptly and tasted excellent! A little bit far from my house but this will probably be my new “go to” Chinese restaurant. Highly recommend.

The food here is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Chinese food. The chicken and broccoli was basically boiled chicken & broccoli no sauce no flavor. I tried explaining that I was trying to order the traditional version with the brown sauce to no avail. The young American girl that was working there had no idea what she was doing at all!! She kept messing everything up and trying to charge us extra for her incompetence. The Asian staff was friendly and tried to fix things, but unfortunately there’s just no fixing the food here. Fried rice was just rice with soy sauce and a few microscopic pieces of egg. No vegetables, no pork, no flavor. General TSOs chicken had no spice and was basically just a ball of breading & sesame chicken the same. Spent over $80 here for garbage basically. Will not be returning

The food is excellent. They go out of their way to make sure everything is prepared the way the customer asks for it. It’s always clean inside, they play actual Chinese music and the staff is very friendly. One of the best restaurants in Cleveland. Highly recommended!

The food and hot tea is great. There is only one server. Be patient if found busy.

Used to come here for years, but as another recent review said, things have changed somewhat. They appear to be under new management and it is showing in some spots. Notably, if you enjoy this place solely for the Orange Peel Chicken – sit down, because I have some bad news for you…it’s pretty much gone. I saw the listing changed to just ‘Orange Chicken’ but didn’t give it much thought. It is absolutely NOTHING like the original. No orange peel or chunks in the dish, no water chestnuts, no delicious sauce, and certainly no fresh chunks of chicken. This was your typical run of the mill ‘copy and paste’ Orange Chicken that you can get from pretty much any Chinese takeout. Might as well have been made directly from a frozen meal you buy at the supermarket, it was so bad. Lousy chunks of soggy breaded chicken sitting in a high-fructose corn syrup sauce that has 0% orange and 100% sadness. Why in the WORLD would you get rid of such an amazing recipe and replace it with this abomination is beyond me.

We thought we’d try a different Chinese place other than our regular. That was a mistake. The food was so gross.

The lady who always wears blue plastic gloves, I saw her go into the bathroom and came out of the bathroom still wearing the gloves and put hand sanitizer on the gloves. Glad I ate my food before I saw that! I called and told the girl to Tell the manager/Owner. Ugh so dispointing. I ve been going for Years!
