Don’t bother with a mobile order because they can never keep track. My order is wrong 9 out of 10 times. Even if the order is correct, the bagel and donuts are stale and coffee is undrinkable. Why can’t this location get it together like other locations?

There’s a reason I pay for Starbucks. I have given this Dunkin so many opportunities to prove me wrong and the more I go the more I truly believe either the manager just doesn’t care or the people they hire don’t. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and a hot tea with milk and sugar today. I pulled the bagel out of the bag and a pool of butter dropped across my shirt, which is now ruined with butter stains. A little while later I took a sip of my tea and noticed it tasted funny. It wasn’t tea. It was coffee. I can’t understand how hard it is to get such a simple order right.

Quite disappointed. Not the Dunking Donuts I used to know here. They used to have ice cream, gone. My 4 year old also wanted a particular donut, they had 2 of them, but unfortunately the person before us, got them both. I guess they couldn’t make new fresh ones m, as they used to do before. Not going to see me on this Dunkin again.

I used to work for dunkin and this is definitely not how we do the bagels. All we ordered was a simple bagel with butter and never asked for extra butter. This is disgusting, will literally start buying from Starbucks.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I am a coffee fanatic who always craves Dunkin coffee. Since this location has been redone and rebranded to “Dunkin” the staff and food has been beyond subpar. This location is around the corner from my house so incredibly convenient. I have retried and retried thinking they were just having an off day. As of today, I will no longer be a customer. My husband after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through comes home with some sort of dark tan coffee concoction with about 3/4s of an inch of some flavor or cream at the bottom of the cup that wont stir in, no matter how much I try. The top of the coffee is a dark tan. Absolutely the most disgusting thing ever. My sandwich is ice cold hard as a rock. I will no longer throw my money away at this Dunkin location. You just lost some of your best customers. If you don’t know how to do your job, Learn. If you don’t get it they need to fire. I would say that’s poor management and training. Please retrain your staff. A good cup of coffee can make or break a day.

Horrible staff, completely rude and unprofessional. Employees after messing up a different customer’s order were verbally confrontational(not child friendly) and started an argument with the customer. They refused to get or call to manager. Wouldn’t provide phone number for store or managers name or corporate number for complaints. They went as far as to take off name tags before the customer could read them. Never going here again. I’ll rather drive the extra 5 minutes to the next one.

What a joke, waited at Counter then was told I had to use the kiosk because they have no registers. The kiosk is so slow and time consuming for a simple cup of coffee that I wanted. Don’t waste your time at this Dunkin.
