Tics bell it’s very hard hard to rate cause one day you can have good service and the next time it can be bad service? That day it was good services, clean in side, seas not busy yet so food was made little better cause it wasn’t busy to where being rush and make mistakes not made yet. I tell my self going fast food places that I don’t judge not going your way I won’t let that day not stop coming unless there on going on there not try to fix why have problem talk to mangers so they know about it and it doesn’t get fix or worked out by then I stop going cause they can’t fix or find out what’s going to get it under control or fix. I stop going and go somewhere else if have that option….

I only gave one star because I had to. This location is always out of something. They are always out of nacho fries and on my most recent visit they were out of lettuce. Customer service definitely needs improvement as well. For example, one time I requested to add nacho sauce at the window and the cashier told me that I had to go back through the drive thru to order the sauce but there was literally no one behind me. Ridiculous.

Consistently bad Service/Attitudes. Orders are consistently wrong/low quality. I’ve reached out about a few orders that were incorrect only to never hear back. Spend your money elsewhere. These people truly DON’T CARE.

TRASH!!! The service was terrible and unfriendly. The order was incorrect. The food we did get was terrible. There were 2 pieces of the grilled chicken on a chicken Chipotle melt. THEN, when asked if I wanted to round up to give to the TB Foundation and I said no, they still did so. So, when she told me the total, I said I did not want to give to the TB Foundation and to remove it, bc I didn’t want to contribute to the corporations tax write off, she still charged me for it. TRASH!!! The management of this TB should ALL be retrained. We will not be back!

Go there in the evenings between 3:30 and 4:30. The staff is friendly. The dollar menu just got better with the Triple melt nachos and burrito. Update they no longer offer the Triple melt burrito. I don’t know why?

They never get our order right. We always end up with extras or missing something. They’re always slow and understaffed. Stores always clean, but not worth waiting around inside. And they need to bring back the fries and original pizza. They screwed up when they changed the Mexican pizza. Used to be my go-to on their menu. They try ♀️

My taco was so cold, I think they had it in that ice box with that big 10 pound bass my mama caught a year ago that’s still in the freezer and The chicken quesadilla was more tasteless than me back in 4th grade asking my crush out, but I guess at least my burrito was good
