On our way to family Christmas and very hungry due to stress of nasty weather, slippery roads and busy schedule. Back employee made cashier cancel our food order cause they didn’t want to make food anymore. Service gets 1 start for cashier trying. Barista dumped everything in my cup, spilled some of it, and didn’t mix it at all.

Ordered my usual of two hot chocolates, one with extra chocolate. After placing my order, it took me about 10 minutes to get to the store. My order was not ready. The store was working on a big order so I was not too concerned. After seeing the barista making what I thought was my order but not seeing the extra dark chocolate, the order was placed in the drive through area. I waited until after an order was placed after I arrived and was picked up to inquire about my order. The order that I thought was mine was. Finally I got it, I did not want to wait for a reorder so I took the drinks and did confirm it was weaker in the chocolate than it should have been.

Went through the Drive-thru yesterday before a meeting, I was a little nervous. There were 5 cars ahead of me, but the crew navigated them effortlessly. Made it to my meeting with time to spare, the parking lot is very narrow, with a lot going on. Stay alert ⚠️. Great job guys.
