Food was hot and tasted good! Love that they put this so close to planet fitness! I can knock out 2 things at once. Lol. I heard a lot of bad things about this location. But decided I needed to try it myself. The girl at the window was very nice. We got our food quick. And got the normal amount of food that you get from any other qdoba. Whole family loved their food. Try it again, if you had a bad experience. Gotta give places a little time to get adjusted. Also loved that they taped the sticker to the lids so we knew who’s was who’s!

Worst store I’ve been to. Waited 5 minutes with no line before even being greeted. Then the next 5 minutes, the employees looked at us, and ignored us to make their own personal food and socialize. One employee out of 8-9 was actually working. Oh and not to mention, TWO managers standing across from us talking to the employees. then as I’m eating, one of those managers was YELLING at a customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes for her order. So absurd and unprofessional. Not very happy with this experience. Don’t go here unless you want very bad service.

Been there 4 times since they have opened. 4/4 time have gotten our order not just wrong, but COMPLETELY wrong. Like not even anything on the menu which I’m not sure how that’s possible. Protein portions are little to none. And every time we order chips & queso not getting even close to half of the bag (as pictured). Employees were cross contaminating everything example: touching trash can, hair, cash register and then making my food. Just kinda nasty.

They initially messed up my order, which can happen, but what surprised me was their response when I asked for a correction. Instead of fixing it, they intentionally messed it up again in a vindictive manner. This behavior was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend dining there due to their poor customer service and questionable practices.

We have attempted to order or pickup from this restaurant about 5 times. One of those times we successfully ordered and were able pickup with no issues. Four of those times, after ordering for pickup, we arrive to find a sign saying they will not be opening until hours after their scheduled time due to staffing. They are quick to refund but we’re still disappointed. We were excited about this location as the other nearby location is always dirty and low quality. However, it has been unreliable and disappointing. If nothing else they should be able to ‘turn off’ ordering if they will not be opening.

This store is not good. I’ve been twice and door dashed once. I’ll never go back! The guacamole was dark, therefore not fresh at all. The bowl was watery and the queso was not consistent with queso. The lettuce was wilted and nasty. 0/10, do not recommend! I really hope the store owner gets this store together or they won’t be around much longer.

I normally love Qdoba, but this location had the absolute worst food. I ordered three cheese nachos, which only had about one ounce of chicken, but tons of beans, hardly any queso, and the worst part was the greasy, soggy chips. Waited in the drive through line for almost 30 minutes as well. Won’t return to this location.

Glad I gave this location another go because the employees working on 4/25/2023 at 12:30 pm were working EFFICIENTLY!!!! And they were all so nice! The crispy burrito tortilla made me laugh and I needed that today. it seemed like everyone was having a good day today and I hope that stays that way for the rest of their day. 🙂
