Had the chicken salad sandwich, coming from a place that claims to be a bakery I would have expected the bun to be fresh and good but it was not. The chicken salad part tasted good though. The cases and refrigerators were really dirty as well

The last few times that I have purchased desserts from them they haven’t been fresh. In July my mom’s cake had hair in it and the one I purchased yesterday wasn’t fresh. When I inquired about the freshness of the cake the lady at the counter was very rude. This is disheartening because I have been a customer for years but won’t be going back.

Drove 2hrs to get some treats and got to the store at 2pm was told they were closed but online it says 4pm what type of business closes 2hrs before the set time. Disappointed

First time ever trying out this place. Heard wonderful things about their pies. Well, the Key Lime Pie is just sad. It’s full of pineapple chunks & coconut, it’s gelatinous consistency is strange. It tasted nothing like key lime in the least bit. However, it reminded me of a Watergate salad. I thought perhaps they made a Watergate pie & mislabeled the pie box, but nope. They call this key lime, but it’s not. It didn’t taste terrible, so there’s that.

The Lunch Box can never spell my Mom’s name right. Birthday cakes are disappointing. And their Nut n Special cakes have been a huge bummer for the past 5 yrs! Just saying.
