Can I give you a 10?? Sat at the bar and watched Chef and crew manage the rush. It was so much fun as an aspiring home cook. The food was delicious! Tomato bisque aaaaamazing!! , hot chicken- which was soooo hot (ghost chili or something I believe) balanced out perfectly with the slaw. Parm fries. Parm to plate hahaha….This was the best way to start my anniversary vacation with my beautiful bride. Glad we live I. The area. We’ll be back for sure!

We read about this place in Axios, so figured we had to check it out. We looked over the website to see the current beers and called to see what the happy hour food items would be. There is only a recording, so we went hoping that a staff member could help us. How wrong we were.

Fantastic food found at Craftsman! This establishment has moved slightly from its original location, but is still in the same general area of Edwards Riverwalk Roundabout. It was easy to find and there is plenty of parking in the plaza. I enjoyed grabbing food here for lunch recently when I was visiting the area, and tried the Oven Roasted Tomato Soup, Hot Chicken Sandwich, and the Schmidt Mac. Everything was flavorful and hit the spot after I had a morning hike. The food was really good and inventive! The menu had a nice variety and was priced as you would expect for being close to a ski town.

The lobster roll is absolutely amazing!!! It’s a bit pricey but easy to split with someone. It comes with a side. I recommend the garden salad with watermelon radishes.

We had a great time at this place! The food is spot on! Especially loved the Tomato Basil Bisque and the Mixed Greens salad. Our waiter unfortunately forgot to ask about how a member in our group wanted the 16ounce ny strip special cooked. Therefore, it was undercooked, and we had to wait for it to come back after being cooked longer. Also, they charge a 5% service charge right of the bat, and then ask for a 20-25% tip with that, which is pretty absurd. Other than those two facts, everything was great. Waiter was good overall! You should come here! Cookies were delicious!

I had an amazing meal last night at Craftsman. Our waiter was an old friend of mine, Kevin. He made our night. He was kind, caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. From top to bottom, Craftsman blew me away. Appetizers to entrees to desserts to service everything was top notch. The burger was the best I’ve ever had. I’ll probably be here every night.

The best spicy chicken sandwich we have ever had. Not sure how they managed to make it so crunchy but also so juicy. Sounded like biting into a bag of chips. Slaw was great as well. Sandwich was spicier than most places, but in a good way, but the spiciness was perfectly offset by the slaw.

Really easy to park in the underground parking and take the elevator up to be just a hundred meters from the front door. Trendy little place nestled in a shopping courtyard with incredible food, fabulous brews on tap, and amazing service! Perfect place for lunch – great options for the entire family! Rocky Mountain Root Beer for the kids and some delicious vegetarian choices. Only regret is not having enough time for a second pint!

Just left after being yelled out by waiter. Told to get the “ f out of here b.”. We waited outside for a table which apparently made him and the host mad that we were watching people eat while waiting with our dog. He was very aggressive with our 16 year old daughter and frankly hostile not letting her speak. After I stepped in to explain that we had been seated at the table by an employee who asked us to sit there (which the waiter apparently thought was untrue and that we rather just sat down uninvited) Truly an insane experience. Horrible really.

Walked in from Vail. A friend highly recommended this place. Looks awesome. One person in our party was asking the salad dressings they had and asked if they had olive oil since he didn’t want the original dressing. The waitress very rudely said “no sir, we don’t just have olive oil lying around in the restaurant, we use canola oil”… I find it hard to believe there is no olive oil but the point is, she was very rude. I think she was offended by all the questions the person had. She came around to me to order and I quietly said “thank you for your patience” trying to make things better for everyone. Then another person in our party ordered the wood roasted chicken. He is highly allergic to nuts, seeds and diary. There was cheese on the side salad. His mistake for not saying he is allergic but the menu did not say cheese. Wood Roasted Chicken – bbq sauce, summer arugula “elote” salad, cumin lime vin 36.—— this Is what the menu said. THe person said “sorry I am allergic I can’t have diary”… she rudely again with an attitude responded, “well that would have been AWESOME to know”.. what??? It is not specified it had cheese. So I asked for the menu to review, she insisted it said it had cheese. Still the attitude was insane, so I said to her calmly “you are being rude, in many places they ask if there are any allergies at the table just to be sure”, to what she responded “servers don’t do that, have you ever been a server before?” What? Again, who are you. I was calm, collected, respectful and this waitress just kept it going. I finally lost it and said “ you are being rude again and there goes your tip”… never saw her again. I went to the manager who was tremendously apologetic, helpful, kind, understanding, she listened, she made sure we were taken care of. She was fabulous. The food in this place is amazing, we had the beets and poke, wow!!!! Everyone loved their food. It’s s unfortunate that someone can ruin a dinner with an attitude like that. There are ways to deal with differences with customers, more so when the customer is staying calm and respectful and wants a win win resolution. Appalling which is a shame, what a great place with wonderful food!
