I went through the drive thru after lunch rush to order 4 value meals and 2 frappes. No special order or anything. Only 1 car ahead of me in drive thru. Lobby pretty much empty. After I paid I sat at the other window for a long moment after we got our drinks just to be told to pull up and wait. Well after a total of 20 min later after getting our drinks we finally got our food. By then our frappes were pretty much melted, the burgers barely passed as warm and the fries were cold and unsalted. I just don’t understand the reason for it. I wouldn’t be so upset if the food was actually fresh and warm and we got our frozen drinks at the same time but… what a waste of $60

The most disgusting McDonald’s that I ever had in my life. The chicken nuggets and fries were soaked and tasted like old grease, they were disgusting, impossible to eat. My Smoky BLT had no tomatoes and was poorly assembled. Tasted greesy as well. Never will stop by again.

Who ever the girl is that was working the drive thru on july 17th at 3:10pm needs an attitude check. I used my mobile app to place the order. When going through the drive thru i said i used the app. She said “whats the name” and i said i have a code for my order and gave her the code. She said “whats the name” again after i gave her the code. I said i have just the code for the order. She then raised her voice at me saying louder a third time “WHATS THE NAME”. Theyre supposed to use the code. Not have people say their names at the drive thru. It seems like no one told her or shes just stubborn and rude about it.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I have to wait every time and pull up to the next window! One time they totally forgot about me at the window and I waited for 45 minutes! A total waist of time! They are always rude except one really nice man who gave me free sauce because the other worker didn’t put my sauce in my bag. They always make me mad and I asked for 2 McChickens and got one and still paid for 2! I got sprite with NO ice!! worst experiences ever!

I don’t know what happened to this place because it use to not be this bad. First they didn’t tell me how much my order was and when I got to the window to hand them my money they still didn’t tell me until I asked. They just had their hand out. Then when I get my spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal it’s not even the right order. They gave me a spicy deluxe which was not what I asked for but better yet they burnt the buns.
