First off we ordered 4 pizzas. 3 of which were wrong. After calling the first time the employee said they needed to call a manager to figure it out. After 15 minutes of waiting called back. Then the manager said he would review video to verify they were made right and would call us back. Tacky but ok. Then after waiting another 15 called again and was told by said manager was still needing to review footage. Then finally called back after another 10 minutes and tried to say the food was made correctly. After giving up and deciding to just deal with what we got then found a really long hair baked into one of the pizzas. Will I repeat will never order from this place again!!

They have delicious pizza subs that are hard to beat, but I might like their personal pepperoni pizza even better! Good service, and the pricing is decent. The bread and pizza crust really make the difference here! Their lunch special is the perfect amount of food for a satisfying and filling meal. The menu is just right for a variety but short enough that they have the things on it perfected.

I had high expectations for the Pizza here. I’ve been told nothing but good things but my experience was nothing but the contrary. Firstly the water tasted strongly of chemicals. The pizza was unfortunately painfully average. The cheese had broken into an oily mess and the red sauce was overly sweet, the bread however was pleasant and had a nice chew and consistency. What I can say Papa Kelsey’s has done good was the service. It was prompt and staff were very friendly. This review is incomplete as I will be trying the sandwiches when I go back next. I hope they will impress more than the pizza did.

Ordered the pastrami and Swiss through a recommendation from an old Pocatello resident. Ended up with a sub containing half of all the mustard in the restaurant. Even after scraping the majority of it off the sub -along with coveted melted cheese and sauerkraut- I still had twice as much mustard as a sandwich should have. My friend who was dining with me ordered the regular pastrami, no extras, and got just 3 slices of pastrami. The kids got a personal pizza and the dough is so tough it’s very difficult to chew through. No silver linings, not a good stopover. Not very personable staff either. Skip it.

Ordered 2 large Pepperoni Pizzas for take out and got home to find they were Cheese Pizzas. Called them and got the same run around about “management” supposedly will call me back! NEVER got a phone call so was a waste of money! 33.00 for cheese pizza won’t be going there anymore
