This is an interesting combination of butcher, deli, and BBQ with HUGE portions. Delicious! I had the Turkey club and my husband had the grinder, we were both fully satisfied with the quality and taste – and each had a half of our sandwiches left. We should have shared!

Butcher Shop and BBQ restaurant. Excellent cuts of meat at competitive prices. Beef jerky, homemade meatballs, and a few different salads (the broccoli medley is amazing). This is a meatlovers paradise. BBQ restaurant has far, friendly service. Brisquet and ribs has a perfect char. Super moist. Rib bones separate cleanly. They had a band and a pit fire going the night I stopped. Will definitely return to both spots.

Mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes were just not good. Tasted like melted craft and cheesy potatoes were soupy with melted craft slice cheese flavor. All the meat was good though. Which is why I still rated 4 stars.ribs brisket and chicken were all good and what you would expect. Think my expectations for macncheese and potatoes would be real cheese though lol.

The place will speak for itself once you try it. This is so good, adjectives don’t do it justice. We are just sad it is not closer to us. I don’t really like brisket, but this place has me wanting more. Perfection. We tried everything. The only thing that was not as good as everything else was the pulled pork. But with amazing ribs, brisket, chicken, and sausage, I think you can survive with no pulled pork.

Fantastic bbq!!! Absolutely amazing brisket! The best! Super friendly people. You can also buy deli sandwiches, and meats and sausages in the store.

Awesome brisket sandwich. Even in the winter. Live 1.5 hours away. They gave me samples of meatballs while I waited. They were great.. One of my favorite places in Bay City!
