What happened to KFC? The food was good as always but the “ambience?” The whole dining room was closed. We couldn’t walk in at all. We drove the RV past the ordering menu but we couldn’t drive it under the “carport” at the paying window so I walked up to it. They got the order wrong but were nice enough to us so they fixed it. The staff didn’t know why the dinning room was closed.

Just left the drive-through window got to where the employee is and forgot to add biscuits but this location has a rule you cannot add on to your order at the window I said it’s a managers rule I thought you guys job was to sell food this is why dodges chicken Gets way more service than this KFC’s location. When we first pulled up they say it will be 20 minutes on chicken so we decided to go next door to get chicken! After returning 15 minutes later, still no chicken, we ordered sides, large macaroni, a large, mashed potato, and a large coleslaw! There was an SUV in front of us and drive-through that the employees were conversation went back-and-forth. I guess they were waiting on food as well, but never instructed them to pull forward, so we can get our small order of sides to go after waiting for another 15 minutes with no sides still we decided to leave!wrist service ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Uber pick up for the 2nd time had to get back into truck to pick my order through the drive through. I knocked on the door, they ignored me. Waved my phone to show them my order, nothing. 8 cars ahead of me, 30 minutes later.

Parking lot reeks of drugs… rancid food… everything soggy/old and made entire family of 4 sick… drive through sign is literally standing up from ropes holding it. This place should be shut down. A true embarrassment to KFC. However, the young people working there I doubt are to blame. This is obviously a management/owner issue that could care less about maintaining any sort of safe food or franchise standards.
