Cheese sticks are the best in town, preferably the pepper jack. Love the Sweet Chili Sauce on anything but are spot on with the fried shrimp and very hearty shrimp to boot. Chicken wings are always good and cooked perfectly! I only wish the beer was a little more in stock. We seemed to have tapped them out on a couple of brands while there on a midday Saturday!

Love this place. Moved back to the Twin Cities after living in Arkansas for 6 years, and this is one of my favorite places to go. Good selection of cold beer on tap, great food, and great service. Also, the hot wing sauce reminds me of the voodoo sauce at Stickyz in Little Rock that I love and miss so much! If you want a no frills good meal with a smile, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Food was good, but pretty pricey for lunch. Our server spent a little too much time on her phone at the bar during the lunch crunch, and we didn’t get in and out quickly enough to chance being late back to work in the future as a result. Probably better for an evening meal.

I usually love this place but today wasn’t my favorite. Large local group was doing their Friday Happy Hour thing when we walked in. They stopped talking and stared at us. I had to ask a passing waitress if they were closed for a party….very unwelcoming feel. Our waitress, although having worked there for a “while” knew nothing about what was on tap. I asked what sours they had and she replied, “Ghost in the Machine” . Order arrived quickly and food was hot and fresh, but the “welcome” and lack of knowledge of the waitress was frustrating. Will be a while before we go back.

Used to eat here all the time with my brother years ago when I lived in Monroe and we really enjoyed it every time we went. Haven’t had it in years and we decided to order it through delivery. What happened? First the price was $80 for two meals and one appetizer but thought it’s Daq’s so it will be worth it. The cheese sticks came in the same shape as the hamburger patty and I couldn’t decide which one tasted worst. Literally I couldn’t tell you how many sticks came with the order because it was just one big fried patty of cheese. Wish I had taken a picture honestly to even be able to describe it better. Fries were a grayish dark brown color either old or well over fried. The best part of the burger was the bun. I do not like leaving reviews like this for local business but good grief my personal meal alone for a burger and fries was over $20 can I at least get a fresh order. I hope it gets back to how it used to be. What a bummer.

I had the open face chili and cheese hotdog with sweet potatoe fries. I really enjoyed it. The service was fast and friendly. I recommend going by for lunch as they can get you fed quickly during your lunch break.
