This is what 13 dollars get you. They had no meat ready. No rice. No vegetables. Who’s ever in charge of keeping things stock is doing a bad job. I shouldn’t have been charged for the queso (which that was almost out) considering there wasn’t anything available to put on my bowl I wanted. At the end of the day I spent 30 bucks for a terrible experience, for items that weren’t going to be promptly replaced. If I wanted to wait over 20 minutes for what I wanted I would of just gone to an actual restaurant.

This is the most disgusting tasteless chipotle I’ve ever had. Cilantro Lime rice without lime or cilantro. The steak was bland and I received a rice burrito. Sour cream looked like cottage cheese. The bowl was dry and bland. I could go on but I just don’t have the rest of my life to tell you what’s wrong at this location. I wasted my money. I’m mad I spent my money here. If I could turn back the hands of time. I’d take my assests to the West Schaumburg location.

Bunch of employees that could careless about getting your food and getting you out the store. They ignore people waiting and nothing is ever stocked. Good luck at getting some fresh lettuce, 9/10 times it is old and brown. Manager one time said that they were cutting off making meat at 7:30pm. All they had was what could be served. They close at 10pm??????? Another time I tried to paid cash and the cashier said that they had no change in the drawer. It was 2:30pm on a Sunday?????? I went to get a side of Chipotle Tabasco, and they were out of cups. I asked a woman who was cleaning the pop machine, right next to me, for more cups. She advised that I need to go talk to the people on the line. I asked and they handed me a cup and went back to doing nothing. Fill up the cups for the next customers????????? Terrible service and the worse quality of food I have encountered in 12 years of eating at Chipotle. I drive to the other one on 59 or on Schaumburg/Barrington 11/10 times over this place. Even if it costs me 20 extra minutes. Do not come here. Take your money elsewhere.

Well if I could give 0 stars I would. I just picked up my lunch order. A chicken bowl and my cheese had mold on it. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to call the store but the number isn’t working so I had to call corporate.

Do not order from here! They always mess up your order. The food is okay but the employees do not do their work properly. My order is never made properly. Never ordering from this location again.The management needs a lot of improvements, especially with staff.

This is the best chipotle I have ever been to. The guy doing pick up orders was working so fast and was very kind. The employee behind the register (women) was also incredibly kind. I will be using this location instead of the Hoffman moving forward.

Apparently they call this a quesadilla. Every single item on our order was wrong, and they forgot all of the sides. Paid over $20 in delivery fees and a tip just to have to drive back there and get everything corrected. 0/10 would not recommend.

Had a Burrito bowl today made by one of this stores best employees, Emily. Her customer service was as good as it gets and she does everything with a smile on her face! Oh and best Bowl I have ever had! Great job Emily!!!
