Oof. The fact that they’re open late keeps this location going. – Kitchen messed up an order that the drive through had ticketed correctly, end result was serving meat to a vegetarian. – Add to that the fact they seem to apply not half or a 3rd standard meat, but about 1/4 average meat per taco (and yes this was cross referenced by multiple tacos). Terrible.

This Taco Bell and the one in Newbury Park are two of the best Taco Bells I have ever been to. The service is always great and staff is very friendly. The manager at this location knows how to take care of customers and is very kind. My order is always prepared very quickly and I’ve never had any issues. Thank you!

I have never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell until today. I ordered a quesadilla and when I got the food it was cold and the cheese was not melted at all. a cold quesadilla is kind of disgusting.

I got ripped off in the drive-thru! I ordered extra cheese on the 3 taco supremes that ordered & was charged $1.50 for that. After I left & opened up my food I noticed that not only did they NOT give me the extra cheese that I ordered (and paid for) there was NOT even the normal amount of cheese that should have been on them. Don’t the people making the food know how to read? Extra cheese showed up on the order screen & it’s on the receipt that I’m holding in my hand!

If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would. The lady working on Sunday April 2nd at 10:15 pm, is incredibly rude and hard of hearing. She took our order then at the end, after yelling at us to be quiet, she proceeded to tell us that they are out of crunchwraps. LOVE this Taco Bell not it’s employees. Insanely rude!

Asked for a 2 cheese quesadilla, with Xtra cheese, and green sauce, NOT red. What did i get? 1 cheese quesadilla, regular cheese, and red sauce. This is the 3rd time in a row, I’ve been hosed in the drive thru. They are 100% incompetent! The quesadilla wasn’t even melted. It was horrible.
