You used to get relatively good value at JJs, but recently the portions of meat have become almost un-tastable. This last sandwich had 3 small single slices of turkey folded in half. Who can afford an $18 (combo +tip) LETTUCE and bread sandwich with turkey and tomato?

I placed an order right after a power outage and called 30 minutes afterward just to check. They informed me they had to run to other stores to grab bread and theirs was still an hour out. They offered to double our chips for the long wait, AND I secretly think they doubled the bacon on my sandwich. They also delivered my food in a fancy box and made me SUPER happy. Thank you Jimmy John’s for GREAT service.

Just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Was told they were out of all breads besides the kids size. Ordered anyways and got up to the window for them to “forget” our order and have to reorder. Took another 7 minutes to even get our card ran. Extremely disappointed as no one even offered an apology, but we’re not lacking on the excess attitude by the 3 employees we did interact with. Will not be back.

We came through the drive thru at the Cheney location and ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink. After paying, the cashier walked away for a while, then returned to the window several minutes later to close it without saying anything to us. Even more minutes go by and he comes around the corner inside, looks out at us, then walks away again. We watched a good 5+ cars go through the car wash while we waited. We ordered at about 1:20 and didn’t actually leave with our food until about 30 minutes later. When they finally did bring us our sandwiches, they just handed them to us with no explanation beyond a thank you for waiting. At the very least they could have told us there would be a wait, but the most communication we got was at the speaker.

This JJ’s location is wonderful. The management and employees are efficient and very amiable. I love going in here particularly because of how friendly the staff are! The sandwiches are really good and I am really glad there are vegetarian and gluten free options.

Quick. Like kind of absurdly quick. Like you order, walk to another room and someone’s knocking on your door quick. With great speed comes mistakes however. The food is almost always as expected, HOWEVER…and this is my only pet peeve from ordering here. They really seem to forget straws on the regular. Ignoring that, not bad for when you’re trying to get a quick lunch sandwich and you’re juggling a million other things to do. Just bring your own straw.

The food is always amazing but everytime I order multiple things for delivery I’m always missing multiple things or somethings not with the order. Verry disappointed. Last time I will order from this store. And I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know that driving to spokane to get jimmy johns is worth it. Bc atleast they will get your order rite the first time.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews for places I have eaten or ordered from unless the service continues to be poor over time. With that being said, tonight my order showed up with no straws or napkins and my previous order of two simple sandwiches was wrong (a plain cheese sandwich for a child came slathered in unordered guacamole causing major tears). JJ’s prides themselves on freaky fast delivery, but they don’t always take time to ensure that the details are right. For the price, I would like to see a bit more care in making sure orders are right.

I order often out of simplicity with a busy schedule but the consistency and quality control is lacking (old food, not labeled for a little girl to read her own name, I write instructions for a reason, the cookie from behind the counter?), I’m not ordering again. The rewards system is terrible as well, I don’t need a free pickle that bad.
