I’ve been using the app last three times I ordered. App is easy to use and you earn free treats. My order that can be premade is always ready. If it’s food or cone they will make it when you arrive. Food was good and servers were polite. The store redid there seating area and it looks nice as well. They always have plenty of extra goodies in the freezer.

40 minute wait for a kids cheeseburger meal. Slushies melted, milkshakes melted. Probably shouldn’t make them when ordered and leave them out until food is cooked. Oh and had to go back in and get the kids ice cream sundae. I understand you may have new employees but if that’s the issue then who is there showing them how to handle everything properly.

My friends and I decided to have lunch at the Rochester DQ. The place was busy from start to finish and I just want to recognize that the three individuals working here are ON THE BALL! They managed to take orders (here, online, and on the phone) , clean tables, cook, fill orders (for here, to go, and Doordash), wait on tables and clean ALL WHILE SMILING AND BEING FRIENDLY! Went inside, purchased cookie dough ice cream cake. The clerk behind desk frosted ‘Happy Birthday’ on it. The cake looked great but tasted expired. Already had it cut up couldn’t return. Check date, had freezer taste to it, price was $29.99!
