The crispy chicken app is TINY like a half a handful of small pieces of chicken. When they sell the same thing a couple stalls over a dollar more and 3x the serving. That’s what I get for trying a different spot. I was going to go back to try something else another time too because I love Thai food until I saw that I paid $6 for less than one chicken cutlet. Also when you send fried chicken to go it goes in a container that doesn’t close and they put it in a soup container half filled with wet lettuce so I got soggy gross expensive fried chicken and now I have to go buy myself real food.

The food is pretty good, but I also feel I need to comment on the customer service today on Sunday, 07/09. The young lady in a grey shirt and shorts could use a bit of hospitality training. I felt a sense from her energy that she was very impatient and a bit awkward in our interaction when there was no one else behind me to feel the need to be rushed. I was trying to figure out how what to order and having a conversation with her to figure out what I order with my fried rice and just sensed she had very little patience answering questions. I was very civil and polite. When I went to pick my order I said thank you a couple of times to which I definitely know she heard and it just seemed she intentionally did not want to see your welcome. I had no idea what her problem was.

Delicious delicious delicious. For the quality you get it’s worth it. Remember it’s authentic Thai food by Thai people who encourage you to speak to them in Thai.

First time order from the restaurant, the order taker was very polite, I ordered my favorite food green curry chicken, found it’s too sweet, and they only put basil, a few slices of green pepper and a shredded bamboo shoots, normally green curry should have more kinds of vegges like bean sprout, fried tofu etc. a little disappointed. be careful the package of the order since they use paper bag, mine was broken on the way back to the office. if you order soup food like curry you have to be very be careful.

Was really disappointed by the pad grapow. Grapow is named after a special fragrant type of Thai basil called grapow. It’s supposed to be the main flavor and I couldn’t taste it at all.

I love this place. This is one of the only reasons I go to NWM food court. The price and portion is great compared to other Thai places that charge 17$ for the same portion and less flavorful food! I have mostly had the curries here, the panang curry with tofu is my favorite. The tofu is fried but doesn’t taste fried, has a nice texture and soaks up the curry sauce beautifully. The green and red curries are good too but the bamboo shoot flavor comes out a lot. The crispy chicken is so salty and crispy, really packs a lot of flavor. The chicken is dark meat but it’s not gamey at all! The employees here are always nice which is a special treat when ordering in Flushing . I plan to come here again and again!

I had the Green Curry, shrimp rolls and papaya salad. The Green Curry was Outstanding!! The broth was well seasoned, the vegetables julienned just right and the heat just right! The Shrimp rolls were great! Papaya Salad was alright and not too spicy. I would Definitely eat there again! Staff was courteous and accommodating!

I had the shrimp pad thai combo 4 with spring rolls and thai iced tea. It was not very good. There was oil pooled at the bottom of the noodle dish and the rolls were soft and mushy on the inside. The meal left a bad after taste. The only good thing was the thai iced tea.

Ate from here a couple times and although it can get very busy during lunch time I had good experiences.. until today. I ordered pad Thai with shrimp and it straight up smelled like toilet and eggs were all burnt. What happened?
