How do you create an epic pale ale? Add frickin’ hazer beams. This brew starts with a

added experimental Sabro, right after the boil. The result is unfiltered, hopped out bliss.

Everything Rhymes With Orange, India Pale Ale, Roughtail Brewing Co., OKC, Oklahoma – 6.5% ABV

full, soft body (with low bitterness) that finishes dry and clean. Squeaky clean. With Simcoe hops
playing lead, and Citra and Mosaic playing backup, this is a complex citrus ballad to the IPA.

Fantastic experience. Truly a culinary celebration. This was our first time eating at Culture ETX, and I’m so happy we decided to celebrate our anniversary here. I had the fettuccine alfredo and my husband had the pork chop. We shared the season vegetables and chocolate mouse. The flavor profiles and pairing of flavors and wine was divine. We can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic dining experience at this small gem in downtown Tyler. Good service with an open kitchen concept. Very few tables so a personalized feel. Food was excellent, well prepared and not a standard menu feel. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience last night. I made a reservation for four to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious and the service was 5 star. I ordered the porkchop and my wife ordered the red snapper. Great menu with lots of local beer and wine available. We will definitely be back.

Start off by the atmosphere is a wonderful Elegant at home feel. The food is out of the world and deffinitely great portions. Tonight we enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo Pasta and Flatbread, Fresh Fries, and the Crawfish/Bacon Macaroni. I can honestly say there wasn’t One bad thought the whole time I was stuffing my Face! Amazing place.

The food here was incredibly sub-par. I ordered a sandwich and salad. The salad was wilted, and served with a dash of seasoned salt and dressing – no croutons (on a Caesar) and an invisible amount of cheese. The sandwich was edible, but bland. And my friend dining with me ordered pork belly, mac and cheese, and collard greens. Her food was similarly disappointing – neither of us finished our food. The prices are INSANE, especially for the quality, and they add tons of ridiculous surcharges and fees, like a card use fee and split check fee, and the atmosphere isn’t even good! The floor was greasy and slippery and the room was noisy. I would recommend to go somewhere else.

Everything was excellent, if I HAD to suggest anything. It would only be the music volume (although i did like the playlist). The beef tartar was amazing, both my wife’s Pasta Acadiana was rich and beautiful in Cajun flavors. My flat iron steak was beyond awesome with excellent peppercorn crust and our desert was a fantastic chocolate moose. Overall we had an amazing dinner and both the hostess and waiter were far and beyond helpful and inviting. We are so very glad we chose here for our 1st anniversary.
