Driving thru Monmouth on our way home to Lincoln City on mother’s day, decided to stop by and get a quick pizza for dinner. Ordered 1 pie: half pepperoni, half Hawaiian on pritzel crust. They messed up part of the crust. Which didn’t bother me at all. I was still happy with it! The manager had another made for me on the house. I told him that’s not necessary. But he said he wanted to make it right. Great customer service!

This location has management that truly cares about the quality of service and products they are putting out. They will do their best to resolve any issues that may arise. This is a very clean and well stocked location. I doordash and have seen multiple locations in disarray and a mess. I prefer this location over the majority.

i love this pizza as do my kids but this location needs to step it up 4 times my pizza hasn’t been cut all the way through today again after my daughter asked nicely to cut it all the way through not only that one of my pizzas was burnt to the point it was too hard for my kids to chew smh i tried calling no answer smh idk what’s happening but they really need to get some improvements and management should really step up and train better

Just picked up a pizza with their breadstick, drink deal. The bread sticks are literal slabs of bread with no seasoning! I tried calling multiple times to have them make sure their other ones aren’t like this, for future customers, and NO answer 🙁 I keep giving them chances, but this store is going downhill FAST! Never again, pizza is stale and stiff too.

This place is DISGUSTING. When I walked in there was dust and dirt scattered all over the restaurant. Food took 45 minutes to come out after ordering because there were teenagers goofing off in the back. Staff was also rude and talked bad about the customers in front of them. Pizza was barely cut and the dough was undercooked. Whatever you do, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION– IT SUCKS!

Went in, ordered the extra pepperoni pizza, waited 15 minutes for them to cook it, they said “sorry we accidentally made an extra cheese pizza so here’s that and a normal pepperoni to make up for it.” Whatever, fine, mistakes happen. As long as I get some pepperoni pizza I’m happy. I get home and both pizzas are cheese, no pepperoni on either pizza. Absolutely ridiculous

We called InOrder to be picked up . When we arrived they had no idea about the order. The kid at the counter didn’t know what to do so the man in charge said may be we called another store. After some more time he looked at the order book and our order was ther and he said there oven was not working right. If we could wait until they fixed it. When we opened our boxes two burt one not done. Not bad for one hour wait.there was a lot of four letter words in that kitchen. May not go back until someone new takes over. Darrell Doke.

If I could rate 1/2 a star I would. This location is discussing. They hardly ever answer the phone. The staff is rude 90% of the time. Last time I ordered from them they refused to even give me the marinara sauce that’s supposed to come with the cheesy bread they claimed they didn’t have any but they can make a pizza that has sause. It’s so bad I will drive to Salem if I want their pizza or just never eat it again.

The employees openly complain about each other in front of customers. The lady assisting the front counter was on a side computer working on the staff schedule in-between customers coming in, a pizza came out of the oven and she just turned around with unwashed hands and handled the food.
