Walked in and placed seem quite nice but once I walked into the dinning room I noticed several tables was not cleaned . It was really bad. Once we sat down around the dirty tables. I notice ants on the table. I got some napkins wiped my table. I did ordered food it was already 9pm. Food 7/10 rice was very hard. My waiter that night was very sweet and nice and always checking on us. The waiter did her job but I can’t say the bus boy or whoever was just not doing their job.

Great service. Good food. I can’t believe the early morning waitress, didn’t use a note pad for the order and got everything right. She was great I only wish I had gotten her name, she said that she always goes out to see the sunrise. It was spectacular.

worst experience at any Ihop store yet, service was incredibly slow , tables sat dirty and empty for the whole time we were there as people left extremely upset not wanting to come back to the store , manager even asked them to not return again when the people were putting a simple complaint expressing their frustration due to the lack of service . attached are pictures of what my egg Benedict looked like (like they just came out of the blender) and my son”s so called happy face pancakes look like it was a zombies happy face . i do not recommended this store at all and the ihop company should be ashamed of having their name on this store , i will definitely never come back here, to add to that i finished my meal and my wife’s food was still not out at the table. this was just and all around horrible experience that no one should have to go through.

Ordered Uber Eats to get iHop to go. Went to the wrong location. While at this location the staff was SO friendly, and got me the correct address to another iHop that was equal distance from our hotel in the opposite direction. Shared a laugh, smile and a huge thank you.

The restaurant was understaffed and we waited 40 mins for our food. We did not receive the food we ordered, but ate it anyway. We had a great server who was working hard. The person seating people was also bussing tables. The bacon was under cooked (we didn’t order the bacon, so it didn’t matter). Overall the workers were friendly and the food was relatively fresh. The place was just severely understaffed.

IHOP is always been my favorite, but this was horrible. Over cooked, dry food, slow & worst customer service. And for sure, racism. Omelette seems like chicken stopped laying eggs. We always choose IHOP for breakfast but for sure, never coming back to this one.

Several people waiting to be seated but the place still many tables empty. No one came to say anything, how long it would be etc. it took a while to get seated but once seated service was ok. Didn’t take overly long.

Beautiful place outside. But inside it’s not so much. Sometimes the Time of waiting to be seated is too long. I had to leave before to take seat but in other day They gave me seat fast. The air conditioning was too cold, that atmosphere didn’t like it.
