I place an order at 9:18pm tonight for two XL pizzas totaling over $50 worth. I then received a call from stoners telling me they messed one of our pizzas up and asked if it would be okay if they sent the messed up one at 9:31. I gave them some grace and told them that it was fine and to just send it. We them waited 40 more minutes… still no pizza. I called back at 10:12 and i was told it was on the way. I called back at 10:54 and no answer… they were still open. Our pizzas were delivered at 11:18 pm, 18 minutes after they closed. The driver informed us that the manager decided it would be a good idea to send home all the other drivers and make him be responsible of delivering solely for the rest of the night. Again, we had grace over the situation…until we opened the boxes and our pizzas were DESTROYED! This isn’t the first time we have had an issue but will definitely be our last. Absolutely disgusting management and sloppy service.

May 6, 2023, I called to make take out order and the lady who answered the phone just said (Can I help you), not hello nor acknowledge Stoners pizza! Anyways I ordered one large pepperoni pizza and 10 Chicken wings, there was hardly and bread for the pizza it was so thin you could see through it. The wings were pretty good, but very disappointed in the service and pizza.

Worth the wait. We ordered at the counter to take with us and the woman told us 10 minutes, which seemed short. I didn’t time them but I’d say it was 15-20 minutes ish. Completely worth it because damn, those were the best pepperoni mozzarella rolls I’ve ever had. We’re going to be regulars here!

If I could give this a negative 5 stars I would. I ordered three pizzas…one was made wrong, one was burnt and somehow a greasy cheese pizza completely wet with grease underneath, and the third was so thin I’m surprised it holds anything. We were told we could not have a refund because they were having a slow day and the manager didn’t want to look bad. Eventually, after trying to get something to eat and be fair, we did get one refunded and remade and the one that was burnt and greasy was remade. We have a little with keeping the rest…their pizzas are of horrible quality, this is paper thin and likely to be burnt. I do not recommend for anyone to consume.

Waited nearly 2 hours with no updates on our order. Every time we called, any question we asked was met with “im not really sure”. Drove into town to speak with them directly and while I waited inside for someone to speak to me, saw the kitchen staffs long hair (which was not tied up) run through the pizzas they were making. Cancelled my order at that point. Wouldnt recommend ever going here. Its a wonder theyre still in business with this lack of quality, care or personal hygiene

My order was sent to the wrong address. So they said. Two of my last orders I requested my money back and they made good on it. Reason was because of delivery time. Have snacks around the house if you want to wait. I never have had to give a bad review but in this case it needs to be done. I’ll never order from them anymore

Really nice little place! The pizza was great and the cinnamon rolls were delicious. They have coloring pages and crayons for kids and an arcade selection. I wish they sold modelo beer though.

I’ve had Stoner’s Pizza before that was good but this location is Not. It’s ‘okay’ if you’re in a hurry and need delivery on days when it’s the only place open, but there are much better Pizza places in Pembroke.

April 18th 2023 We ordered 2 calzones. The dough in my wifes was not fully cooked. Needless to say we are both sick today with Hershey squirts. Even the health department report says temperatures are not in range.
