My family and I had dinner at the Fenton location on Friday evening. We often eat here and always have a great experience. Unfortunately, on this particular evening we had a bad experience. Our experience with our server was very unpleasant from the start to finish! She was not friendly, very short with us when taking our order. For some reason, every time Stacey had to engage us, she couldn’t hear however we noticed her interaction with other tables, she was talking to them and fraternizing with them accompanied with a smile and friendly face. When she took my order, her face was frowned up which prompted me to ask her if anything was wrong. After she served our salads to us, she left the tray directly behind one of the guest of our table. It wasn’t removed until after we were almost done with our salads. Not good etiquette at all. We finished our salads and she didn’t come back to remove them. Even after our dinner was served, the empty salad plates remained on the table It was a struggle for her to serve us the entire time. We were the only African American family in the restaurant and I would hope that we were not being discriminated against because of the color of our skin. We never experienced the treatment we received tonight no other time when eating at the restaurant. We love Andiamos but the service tonight was lacking to say the least.

We made reservations on open table for dinner at 5:30pm on a Thursday night. By the time we finished our meal the restaurant was full. The meal was exceptional and our service was good. We had salmon w/risotto, Lobster, surf & turf and Ribeye. The deserts were also excellent. Tres Leche cake, tuxedo cake, carrot cake and Cannoli cake. We did not have whine or other deinks and the bill was $100/person.

My family and I have eaten here a few times but this will be our last. It’s okay when food is not cooked properly, it happens. However, the reaction and results we’re done poorly. I ordered their 8 oz fillet, (the size of a hockey puck) and two shrimp to be added for $71.00. The price was fine. The steak was ordered medium (half pink) . It came to the table more than well done. Again, these things can happen. After our dinner was served, 20 minutes later, the server came back and said you didn’t eat much. Do you need a box? I said, I didn’t eat it because my steak was over cooked and ruined. I showed her the center of the meat all dark and dry. She apologized, which wasn’t necessary. She asked if I needed anything else. I said no, my wife has finished dinner but we will have dessert. The only thing I had for dinner was the soup I paid for and this dessert. When the bill came there was a bill for $71 for the steak and two pieces of shrimp. I said are you charging me for the food that was smoked beyond recognition? She said yes, you ate the two pieces of shrimp. I said I’ll gladly pay you for the two pieces of shrimp. She said we didn’t charge you for the dessert. We felt that made up for your ruined steak. I mentioned, do I really have to suggest to just charge me for two pieces of shrimp and my dessert and to take off the cost of the ruined meal served to me? She said she would go ask the manager if she could take it off the bill. We sat there for 10 minutes as the waitress came back to say I love my manager…She took it off the bill. Really? We had to sit there and wait to pay for our ruined meal for your manager to make a decision on if they should charge me for a meal they destroyed? And let’s not forget the classless managers actions on 7-28-2023. The manager Never cared and never came to the table to talk to us. Learned something tonight…not to return, never again!

I have to say this meal was truly 5 star, not only was the presentation suburb, it had great taste and feel. My wife and I were celebrating 30yrs, and had always wanted to come to Andiamos, and they did not disappoint.

The power went out when we first arrive so they couldn’t seat us for our reservation. Luckily it came right back on within a few minutes and we were able to be seated. Everything was great. The food was absolutely delicious. Service was great. We had everything from appetizers to desert and everything was fabulous. Presentation was top notch.. They even brought us a complimentary canoli because it was out Anniversary dinner… so sweet!

In all honesty I have never personally eaten here. But this review isn’t about food anyways. While passing through town I noticed that outside of the restaurant they have tomato plants in their planters along with some flowers. I have never seen anyplace do this and I found it to be such a unique and sustainable twist on live outdoor decor. Whether or not they use the tomatoes, I don’t know. But the idea was innovative and deserved to be recognized. When I’m in town again I will definitely be eating here for that reason alone.
