I have to say, I thought customer service was dead when it comes to young people… David at this location was fantastic. He greeted me with a smile, and was very genuine. Asked me if I was on vacation, I said Yes and He gave me a $16 discount off of the $85 order. I was highly impressed. I was expecting to pay full price like always but it’s nice to know that customer service still lives.

We were vacationing and had a very hard time finding the place. Drove by several times not finding it on the very corner tucked in by a light at the end of a building but difficult to see in the dark. Food good but was needing reheating. Google wasn’t much help on directions. Closed too early for a pizza place with lots of vacationers staying around the area could make lots more money if stayed open longer.

We placed and prepaid (with delivery charge) an order the day before for our daughters 10th birthday. The party had 45 people in attendance that were told we were providing Papa Johns pizza. We selected delivery to the location of the birthday party (6 minutes from the location of the Papa Johns we ordered from) for 10 pizza’s at 1:30pm. At 1:35 I got nervous about not having the pizza and called – the system told me my order would be delivered in 888 minutes. I finally got someone to answer at the local shop who instructed me they would get the pizza there in 30 minutes. The party was scheduled to end at the same time the pizza would have arrived. They lady on the phone just said sorry, that we could come pick it up and that they didn’t have many drivers. I NEVER received any phone call stating that they could not deliver… Had they called we could have arranged pick up. This was the WORST experience… having 40 hungry people expecting pizza and then having to tell them it wasn’t coming was just embarrassing. To make matters worse the way the employee’s handled it was terrible. I went back hours after the party to speak with the store and they handed me $4 back for the delivery fee… nothing else was offered to correct the situation… I understand that times are weird right now and that everyone is short handed but there is no excuse for not communicating that you could not fulfill and order that was obviously for a large group of people. I would not recommend ordering from this location if you are depending on them to deliver for a party.

Just ordered pizza for the family, and wow, what a disappointment, I’ve ordered in the past, but this time, I ordered 2 large cheese and a Philly pizza, and if there was 2 pieced of meat on the Philly pizza I would be stretching it, my own kids were asking what happened. As for the cheese pizzas, when I say I would preferred little Ceasars, that just says alot. What a disappointment .

Every order placed for delivery has always arrived before the quoted time. My food is always hot and drinks are always cold. My orders are always loaded with the right amount of ingredients and the taste is among the best pizza in business. Most importantly, Papa Johns delivery staff at this location are among the most courteous I have met yet thus far.
