The GM Juan Garcia should be fired. he has zero professionalism, and it shows with his staff. I paid for a large drink, and the lady in the drive-through tried to give me a small and said they don’t have large. I paid for a large don’t try to pass off a small. The GM basically said oh well. It’s just another functional Taco Bell. But that’s more than enough reason to give 5 out of 5 stars. No other Taco restaurant in my world can top the Beefy 5 Layer, the Nacho Fries, the Bacon Club Chalupa, the Soft Tacos (especially w/ added steak), Baja Blast (greatest soda ever), and everything else.

Taco Bell is pretty much Taco Bell so the only important variables were was it hot? Yes! Was it delicious, yes? Did it take long? It took almost twenty minutes to prepare 2 tacos and a burrito supreme. I think only two people showed up for work. So…the days in which we live.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Taco Bell location is the absolute worst. Rude & lazy employees, saying they’re closed when they’re just hanging out talking to eachother. Location states that they’re open until 2am but workers always say they’re closed past 10pm.

Just stopped at this outlet after flying in from NYC. I ordered beef crunchy tacos. When I got to the window I was told they were out of beef. I asked for chicken but was told they would charge me more. So I just said give it to me without anything. They charged me the same amount as if it had beef!!!!! Truly an unbelievable experience.
