Save your time and money. My advice avoid the Lone Oak location. Dinner tonight went in the trash! If you enjoy the taste of very old grease and very dry chicken then this is the place I did call and the manager claimed to have changed the grease today but from the taste of the chicken that was just a lie. She did offer to replace my chicken tonight but I declined that due to the old grease issue. Someone from corporate or at least a district manager needs to visit this store and make some changes. They should also probably read the customer reviews to make the proper improvements. I will never go back. I also contacted corporate and made an official complaint. Not finger licking good anymore. It’s a shame that these places no longer care about the customer, quality of food or anything anymore.

Ordered online, waited 20 minutes past the time I was given. Had a famous bowl with maybe 4 pieces of chicken in it, and no cheese or gravy. Highly disappointed with this visit. It’s normally very good.

The drive-thru made every car that ordered pull to the parking lot to wait for their food. We waited 20 min and watched as 2 cars that arrived several minutes after us received their very large bags of food. After another five minutes we finally received the 2 items we ordered with no explanation as to the long wait. She did offer a quick “Sorry about the wait.” So I give her props for that. On the other hand, the food was great and fresh. Not sure it was worth the wait though.

Placed an online order at 2:08 pm. The app said it would be ready at 2:17. Arrived at 2:15, knew I was a little early and didn’t mind waiting. After standing at the counter for ten minutes, someone finally asked what I was waiting on. I was then told they were out of what I ordered, and it would be about 20 minutes. Here it is 2:50, and just now got my order!
