Ever since they changed their milkshakes it’s been disgusting. Go back to the old way. Today is my last time coming to Bakers for a milkshake. The shakes are watered down. Yuck!

Baker’s used to always be really good, now it’s very inconsistent. For instance, the last time I came here I ordered a chicken burrito because they used to be delicious. Made with two pieces of chicken breast and cheese with sauce. Now it’s some nasty ground up cat food like substance that is repulsive. Okay so I went back and got a combination burrito and it was just okay, they also used to be one of my favorites. My question to Baker’s is this: What happened? Taco Bell is even better than coming here.

I got veggie wrap it was very full & tasty, but the bad thing about it is 650 calories each ouch blew my diet. The cashier said that’s all you’re getting when I ordered two veggie wraps, I laughed. great sales woman and a sense of humor.

I order 2 different chicken burritos, food is dry no sauce on it, chicken dry and looks like reheated more then one, fries not fresh, one of those burritos really small amount inside, tortilla so big, Not recommended people at this place not care about food!!!!!

Worst Baker’s I’ve been to. First of all the girl in drive through needs to loose the attitude. They take forever to take your order. Only to when you get to window they hand you the wrong item and act like it’s your fault. Went again this time inside the store thinking it would be different.. I THINK NOT!! the guy bagging fries acted like he had the hardest job ever. Saying we’re so sorry we’re so busy when they only had 2 cars in drive though and 2 people inside the store. Only you reason you get 1 star is cus I can’t give 0 NOT COMING BACK TO THIS BAKER’S.

OMG bakers I had not eaten at bakers for so long and then just recently I drove to the drive-thru and I ordered the combo bean and cheese burrito with the green sauce it was so delicious it had been so long that had had food from bakers I go at least once a week to get the Green burrito I love that green sauce if I’m not the one in Fontana I’m at the one in Rialto I give it five stars it’s really really good and fresh the food is really fresh made thank you

They charged me twice for a meal. They were switching registers while they were doing my transaction.The girl said it got declined but it didn’t and admitted they said error The girl knew she messed up because she went to the back to get her manager. The manager said it got declined and asked me to pay agian .I checked my bank to see what happend and it did get charged. I told her I didn’t want to come back to get this fixed and she said that even though it’s pending on my end it’s not going to go through because it said error on her end. I asked her why would she be chasing registers on a transaction and the manager said she didn’t know and I told her that shouldn’t be done without communication. Her resolution was if it did go through to call the toll free number on the bottom of the receipt. I don’t have the receipt for that first transaction just the second. Not acceptable at all.
