I love this location & have been ordering from here for over 5 years. Pizzas are always made the way I ordered. Delivered hot & fresh all the time. Whether I order delivery or go to the store for carryout the customer service is always on point. The staff is friendly & well trained. Kudos to the management.

Both this location and the one on harlem nearby denied me a delivery after I paid online. They said there was no record of my order. Over 20$ down the drain and their management didn’t when try to help resolve the issue.

Gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Manager that was on staff 1/3/2022 at 5pm was extremely rude. She has absolutely no customer service charisma. She sounded middle-aged and like she was completely done with her job. If that’s the case, get a new job. There was a hair in our pizza and when we called to inform them, they made it seem like it was our fault and then hung up on us. Absolutely disgusting

I had ordered for curbside pickup, and I arrived at 455pm but didn’t get my pizza until 514pm. Yet the 2 min timer started once I had clicked ‘Im here’. I had called at 508pm to let them know that I’m still waiting for the pizza. All they told me was that the will be right there.
