The staff were super friendly and helpful. Slices of pizza are $3.50. I ordered a slice each of cheese and sausage, to go. Staff recommended that I get ranch and parmesean cheese, which I dutifully did.

Mediocre pizza, but they have decent meals and good salads. The cheese bread always takes forever, so I don’t recommend it. The salad bar inside is great if you dine in. Their super convenient drive thru keeps me coming back. It’s perfect for a quick bite when picking kids up from practice, school, or a long day lowe’s.

Geno’s is a right of passage in Fort Smith. Back when you could get a slice at Central Mall, every kid in the city lived on pizza. You can smell the nostalgia when you open the box. You need napkins to soak up the pepperoni grease, but why would you want it any other way? With a thin crust and ranch so good you’ll want to buy a bucket of it, you’ll be using that pizza as a ranch shovel in seconds. Stop eating other places and get some Geno’s!

I went through the drive thru, got cut off mid order. I needed to order 2 more slices but the girl told me the total and to pull around. I did and when I tried to get their attention, 2 young girls were goofing off and laughing at one of their phones. The other had really long hair and was waving her ponytail around right by the pizza. They looked at me and went to the back room, came back out looking at the phone again, totally ignoring me at the window. The one that did eventually take my card (didn’t finish ordering the rest, I was mad by this point) did not talk to me except for telling me the total and quickly passing things to me, turning around and walking off. I give her a little more grace because of the 3 females I see up front, she was the only one working.

Always clean, Always friendly and the pizza is always hot, delicious, fast and affordable! YUMMY and the salad bar is always good and refreshing! Honestly, every location has been good, especially in Greenwood! The only recommendation I have for this particular location is, clean out the tray that holds the forks. There was crumbs in there, but this could have just happened moments before.

Waited 12 mins in drive thru. The person ordered a whole pizza and instead of pulling them around we all had to wait in the line. All I ordered was two drinks. At night time close down everything early. I’ve witnessed several times while eating at night people going in and leaving due to the fact that the salad bar is closed before the inside is actually ever closed. I think management should be happening on every shift not just the first shift. We love Gino’s but I think that they need to be better managed.
