This location is out of town, so seems like it’s unlikely you’d encounter your casual coffee shop dwellers with laptops. The place was empty in the early afternoon. This is a truck stop so most of the people you’d meet will probably be travelers and truck drivers. But the place seems safe enough to stop for a coffee brake. Other than that just a regular Starbucks, a clean one though, with no homeless people trying to make people’s lives more interesting.

The supervisors & workers deserve a raise and/or a good sized bonus!!!! No joke!!! They are so sweet & work SO hard! It’s always busy but they stay on it. Good drinks (my favorite is the iced white chocolate mocha) I’ve tried many different kinds. The food is good & cooked properly, I’ve tried almost everything. There are times items aren’t available which is stressful for the workers & the customers but they seem to always hold it down regardless & offer other options. With a little of their charm you say okay I’ll try something new I’m already here I guess & the disappointment of items being out turns into adventure, they are good at empathy and sympathy which is important to have dealing with people all day. Keep up the good work. . I’ve been going for almost 2 years and I’ve seen the workers put up with all sorts of characters. I’ve used the restaurant & the drive through both are clean. All of you are greatly appreciated ❤️ stay amazing!!!!

This location might need some help from another store. 5 of my 6 orders have been wrong. The drinks don’t ever taste right. I have only got the correct milk twice. I think repeating the order back and letting the customer know the total before the window would be helpful. The girls are nice though.

I am sitting in the store as I type this. My order was taken by a friendly young lady. My order was correct, and I’m enjoying it. That’s the stars. But I’m watching a tall young man, red curly hair with shaved sides, behind the counter with the LOUSIEST attitude and customer service skills. No greetings to people, no smile, not even ‘hello’ unless the customer says it first. He offers NO engagement to anyone walking up to the counter. I’m also watching him lean against the door frame leading to the back storage area, just leaning while the two female associates are busy moving around him. Really? A busy saturday, and he can’t seem to find something to do? If he’s so miserable, send him outside for trash detail to see if he’d rather perform that task rather then serve the customers that allow him to be employed. Just staggering. No thanks.

Came in for two drinks 30 minutes later still haven’t made the drinks. They didn’t ask for names so that you could easily know your order. Excuses from the manager who was working. Long line of customers waiting on the correct order to be called out. If the owner is reading this you should take action immediately on how your store does business!

Fast and friendly Starbucks attached to the Petro. They don’t redeem Starbucks reward points, but the service is great and they are happy to recommend drinks and combinations. The outside is designed to look like a cute log cabin.
