Los Compadres is the best Mexican restaurant in Ponca. The food is delicious. Every single thing on their menu is delicious and completely customizable. I eat here once a week at, least. The staff is also very friendly and service is fast. This is my favorite restaurant in town.

Small place right outside the refinery. Home made chips, i had the Barbacoa gordito with lettuce instead of cabbage. It was made fresh and add a squeeze of lime n it was delicious. The Modelo Michelada was ok not spicy though but puckry lime. Still great flavor though.

Came here excited to have some Mexican food. Left totally disappointed with the food. Ordered the Milanesa which I thought came with guacamole. What I got was a poorly breaded, thin piece of chewy beef. No guacamole. The milanesa plate with a soft drink came to $14. I felt taken advantage of. For that price I was expecting either better quality food or at least more quantity of the same mediocre food.

The past few times I have been in here the service is very slow and less than stellar. Its easy to drop $120-130 on the weekends for 2 people with drinks. Today I stopped in for Lunch around 130. Nobody was in there. Waited to be served. Took forever to get my food and it was Ice cold. Could not even eat the the food. Room for improvement.

I love this place. Authentic Mexican food at its best. Great service and I really live the Tommy’s Burrito Special. Those pop bottles are not twist off tops go get it opened if it’s to go lol my bad. I twisted and twisted and finally got my church key can opener out. Anyway your going to love the place too. They do have take out too.

I had a burrito asada and it was delicious. The salsa was very hot but I’m kinda sissy. I bought a burrito and four empanadas and it was less than 9 dollars. I will definitely go back.
